"Mr. Graff the bounty hunters have woken up and wish to have a word with you in private. I feel Mr. Jaq and I should be there in case they try anything funny, or at least one of us. Either way they want to talk to you."

"Thanks," replied William. "I'll go talk to them alone, but be on the alert in case I call you on your comlink."

William then turned, and walked up the ramp to where the bounty hunters were kept. "A rodian, twi'lek, and a human, interesting group. And saying you could kill the entire crew doesn't give a good first impression. "

William grabbed a seat and casually leaned back against the ship's hull. "You're going to answer some questions that we have, and don't try to lie. Darth Traya taught me psychological interrogation while Darth Sion taught me the physical aspects. That being said, why, did you feel the need to approach us?"

(In soviet russia, binos watch YOU!)

Aeran walked over to Thryyn and took the Binos and had a look to where they were pointing beforehand.

"Hmm." He started, "Could be both, funny how cities have defenses, and military bases have living quarters for soldier's families, atleast we know for a fact that this place isnt abandoned.. although since the True Sith are here, the city could be controlled by them, or at the very least observed by them. It reminds me of the academy on Korriban, the local settlement was not directly controlled by us, but it still did whatever we said in the blink of an eye." He lowered the binoculars and looked down for a minute, breathing in the memory.

"And anyway, what makes me better at telling these things?" He asked, keeping his rifle raised at the area around them, although it looked like a wait and see approach, hopefully kevak would uncover them soon....

Jaq looked into view of the structures beyond the canyon. He didn't have binos on himself, so it was difficult for him to make out what those structures could be. He looked to where Kevak was staring at from behind the bush.

"Hey Kevak! Whats going on over there?" he yelled.

Kevak waited for the right moment to attack. He was now crouching ready to strike when he heard speaking, afraid he was caught he dove slicing up the bush revealing 3 true sith soldiers. Kevak decloaked himself and jumped back to the group activating his lightsaber in the other hand.

"Yeah they seem real friendly to me Graff," Kevak called out as Graff left. "Alright boys, and girls lets end this quickly before anymore find us."

Aeran, or rather Sergeant Drexel's heard quickly turned towards the 3 soldiers revealed.

"So much for the jedi calling them friendly...typical" He raised his rifle and got ready to blast one.

"I tell you what Marine, atleast we get to meet them in the flesh this time, instead of a space battle." He said to Thryyn next to him.

He then bent down on one knee and lined one up in his sights.

(Im assuming they are not shooting at us yet, I wont control them either, but if they start shooting you can just assume that Aeran will fire.

what do these true sithsoldiers even look like anyway?)

"Save your talk of meaningless names of masters who have trained you jedi, they mean nothing to me." Shara said indignantly, she hated when jedi threw around their fancy names, making them seem so important, when in reality all they were was people with lightsabers and force powers to hide behind.

She paused, "As for approaching you... We apologize for our threatening behavior. The man you call Kevak set of... a few, red flags with his atitude and you know us mercs." She grinned, "We're always on guard. This is why we wanted to join you, you see. In my line of work people always need mercs... always." Shara didn't want to mention their dire need of credits, at least not now anyway. "We understand if you feel threatened by our group, but I swear by my Mandalorian father, we will bring you no harm. We feel that your hunt is for a good cause, and I feel that the experience would be a good training session for my partner Ardana."

She looked William in the eyes, "We offer our services to you humbly. Please take them. We will bring you nor your crew no harm. I offer my skills to you William Graff, I will follow you and help protect you if you are so inclined to ask for those services." She really did want to help the jedi, something pulled her to him, something unexplained. But as she was sitting across from him something changed her atitude, she would help him and follow him... at all costs.

(I'm up for some action!)

Jaq saw the three Sith Soldiers sprout up from the bush. "Tsk... what an original place to hide behind!"

Jaq pulled out his Mandalorian Blaster rifle with the added custom attatchment. He aimed his weapon at one of the hostilities and fired. The mutleple lasers projectyles bounced right off the soldiers armour and hit directly at Jaq's own armour. The Mandalorian fell backwards.

"Ugh... Energy Shields! They won't last forever!" he pulled out a grenade, set it off and waited a few seconds. He threw it, and as it hit soldier it exploded straight after it hit the armour. The soldier was knocked back.

Due to Jaq's actions, the other soldiers quickly become hostile and open fire, at the same time laser shots from other bushes erupt, meaning there are more on them out there.

Aeran held fired when he saw the energy shields, before activating his own energy shield to give him a boost in combat, like he would need it anyway.

He quickly laid down flat and firing volleys of shots into the bushes and sith, causing some of the bushes to set on fire and other soldiers to fall or at the very least take cover, he then got on the comm.

"We're under attack here! We can hold them for a while but I suggest you almighty Jedi get out here and give us a hand" He dropped the comm as he killed a charging sith soldier with a blade.... there were definetly atleast 10 soldiers firing at them from concealed positions and in the open.

He dropped the comm as he killed a charging sith soldier with a blade.... there were definitely at least 10 soldiers firing at them from concealed positions and in the open.

Thryyn sighed as he brought his assault rifle up to bear, there was a reason that the Republican Marines standard issue was a projectile based weapon.

Taking aim on a True Sith Soldier, Thryyn depressed the trigger and fought the kick of the rifle, managing around six solid hits on the Soldier's armor. Fifteen shots left... He thought to himself as he rotated and depressed the trigger again, aiming at a Sith Soldier that had managed to sneak up behind Aeran.

"Drexel, you owe me for this." He muttered under his breath as the Soldier fell.

A blaster shot suddenly caused him to drop to the ground, swearing under his breath as he went.

"Let's take these nutters!" He cried, "they're no better than the cannon fodder the original Sith threw at the Republic... present company excluded, of course."

"they're no better than the cannon fodder the original Sith threw at the Republic... present company excluded, of course."

"You seem to be forgetting these are the original sith! I wouldn't underestimate them too quickly if I were you!" Jaq yelled over the blaster fire.

He hid behind the nearest jagged rock and heard the multiple blaster fire hitting his natural shield. He checked his blaster ammunition; his clip had run out. He pulled it out and slapped in another clip.

When a few blaster bolts shot through the rock past Jaq's head, the firing paused. Jaq jumped from the rock and aimed at the two sith holding blaster rifles of their own technology. He grunted "Powerful weapons!"

He charged up his rifle and PowerBlasted the nearest Sith, damaging a fraction of its own personal shield.

Kevak continued to deflect the blaster shots as he watched Jaq, Aeran, and Thryyn take cover. He then looked at Evelyn and Zarena hoping they could take care of themselves.

"We're under attack here! We can hold them for a while but I suggest you almighty Jedi get out here and give us a hand"

Kevak advanced forward toward the sith soldiers continuing to deflect anything they shot at him. He picked up his vibrosword and threw it at a soldier impaling him in the chest. He then charged a soldier and tripped him. while the soldier was in mid air Kevak moved his saber up slicing the soldier in half.

"Have you not learned anything Aeran? Never send a Jedi to do a Sith's job."

Kevak flipped backwards to the first soldier and pulled his vibrosword out.

"Thanks for holding my sword for me," Kevak said as he sliced the soldier's head off.

Aeran proceded to gun down another soldier when a shot suddenly came from behind, he turned around to notice Thyyn possibly just saved his bacon, he gave a quick nod before noticing Kevak wiping the floor with some unlucky soldiers, it was a solid reminder of his days in the proper army.

"Never send a Jedi, aye, but every little helps!" He shouted in reply, he ducked another shot and noticed a lot of fire coming from the bush, he pulled out a thermal detnator and launched it at the bush.

"Get behind something! Thermal's are capable of tearing a tank in half!" He shouted as he dived toward the ground.

"Get behind something! Thermal's are capable of tearing a tank in half!"

Thryyn was in the process of standing up when Aeran's shout registered with him, sighing, he dropped to the ground in front of a large piece of rock.

"Why the hell are you throwing Thermal Detonators around? He shouted. "I don't know about you, but mini-nuclear explosives are not my idea of a good day!"

"We're under attack here! We can hold them for a while but I suggest you almighty Jedi get out here and give us a hand"

Turning back towards the bounty hunters, William placed his mask back on and said, "Alright, I believe you," untying their chains, he continued, "But you still have to prove yourselves and you can start by helping us with these True Sith."

Zarena leaned forward, her chin hovering above Evelyn's shoulders.

"Looks like trouble."

But before she could continue, Evelyn had charged down the ramp. Three in the open, more in the bushes. But from the looks of things Aeran's thermal would blow them out of there in no time.

Zarena hopped off the ramp and took cover behind it, occasionally glancing out and taking a shot at one of the bobbing heads of the True Sith soldiers. Can't really get much closer until that thermal goes off.

---

"Looks like trouble."

But Evelyn didn't have time to stop and listen to Zarena. She marched down the ramp, flourishing her lightsaber.

"Get behind something! Thermal's are capable of tearing a tank in half!"

Though perhaps a little annoyed at having her entrance to the action delayed, Evelyn joined the other fighters in hiding behind one of the scattered rocks. Hopefully the True Sith won't think to charge and join us in our hiding places.

10 seconds after Aeran throwing the grenade, it goes off, cover is insignificant as the grenade completely liquidfies anything inside its blast radius, the bushes and a whole chunk of the opposing jungle is instantly turned to dust, the hopeless true sith inside go along with it, leaving only a few left, their morale shaken, their momentum lost.

Luckily, anything even slightly out of the blast radius of a thermal detnator will remain untouched, but nonetheless the effects of what a thermal can do a man are... frightening, atleast for the less experienced members of the crew.

Thryyn cringed as the Thermal Detonator went off, he hated those things. Once the explosion had ended after what seemed like eternity -but was probably closer to a half-second or so- Thryyn popped up from behind the rock, looking around the area that had been a battle field for any threats.

"Sergeant Drexel," he said, falling into military formality. "Looks like you got them all... however, next time, make sure that the TD goes off a little bit further away from the ship, it looks like Bail is going to have our skins for the extra stress we put on the armor."

While the ship wasn't really damaged in any noticeable way, the Republican Marine couldn't pass up a chance to pull the Sith's chain a little.

In order to take any possible sting out of his words he continued in a slightly warmer tone not that anybody could ever accuse the Marine of being a warm person. "In any case, Aeran, good job."

(Just a quick post, Ill leave off a bit to give other people the chance to post)

Aeran grinned, although from behind the faceless Sith helmet you wouldnt of noticed.

~Watch your posts, Nifty! "Alright, I believe you," untying their chains, he continued, "But you still have to prove yourselves and you can start by helping us with these True Sith."

"Right, we'll help you with the Sith... What's out there attacking? How can we help?" Shara asked, beginning to pick the lock on a storage container in the corner. "There you are." She said, smiling fondly at her blaster and holstering it on her right thigh. "Erik, Ardana, heads up." She tossed Erik his blaster and Ardana hers, then she took her vibroblades, her holdout blaster, her small vibro dagger, grenades, and then her sniper rifle in the other holster on her left thigh. She noted Erik's look of surprise at everything she had just put on her person. "What?" She asked, innocently, "These all all the essentials." She grinned impishly, and Ardana rolled her eyes.

The twi'lek flipped a lekku over her shoulder and bent down to grab her vibroblade from the container... "Let's roll." She said, patting her vibroblade, now in it's sheathe.

"Now Mr. Graff, just tell us what we need to do." She nodded toward the jedi, "How many men?"

Kevak dove backwards as Aeran threw the Thermal Detonator. He watched the explosion that was in front of him, and laughed. He enjoyed watching explosions and he wasn't sure why.

"Looks like you got them all... however, next time, make sure that the TD goes off a little bit further away from the ship, it looks like Bail is going to have our skins for the extra stress we put on the armor. In any case, Aeran, good job."

Kevak was going to congradulate Aeran as well, that was until he noticeda sith soldier coming behind Thryyn. He stood up and ran right at the soldier with his vibrosword out. At the last second Kevak threw his sword up and pushed off the ground. He caught the sword in his feet and brought it down on the soldier's head. The soldier fell to the ground instantly, with Kevak standing on his back. he pulled the sword out of the soldiers head.

"I wouldn't be to sure of that Thryyn, we can't be sure until we check the area out."

Jaq gunned down a few Sith Troops using that blaster attatchment he bought from coruscant. It was very powerful, but limited on the reliance of ammunition. Their energy shields were running low by the looks of it. Jaq saw in time a thermal detonator explode.

"... I want one of those..." he thought to himself. A sith soldier came running towards him with a blade at hand. He took a swipe at the mandalorian armor, but managed to put a long scratch on it. Jaq bashed his rifle into the sith's skull. "I just cleaned this armor! Now look at the work I have to do!"

"Now Mr. Graff, just tell us what we need to do." She nodded toward the jedi, "How many men?"

"Well seeing as how we're still fighting, I'd assume there are more than us," replied William. He grinned at the bounty hunters from beneath his mask and said, "Besides, half the fun are the surprises! On the question of how to help, watch each other's backs and don't kill each other." With that said he left the ship to join the battle.

Aeran slowly got up from the explosian, then looked around as his companions quickly dispatched the few remaining stragglers.

"That was fun, and we didnt even need a Jedi hero to help us win! There could be more out there... maybe we should go and have a look, those inside dont seem to be doing much.

I noticed a base or city to the north which Thryyn pointed out, could be worth a visit, but in the meantime... there could be more Sith preparing to strike, this welcome wagon would of probably reported their whereabouts... so stay sharp."

He finished speaking before reloading his rifle and quickly dusting himself down to get rid of some of the dirt on the shining armour.

"C'mon guys, it's time for some action." Shara was grinning madly, and Erik seemed overly happy for going into battle. She stepped on the boarding ramp, smoke from a thermal detonator was still swirling around. "Who the frak threw one of those?" She mumbled to no one in particular.

She pulled out her sniper rifle and checked the trees through the scope, "I see a hostile." She said, picking off the enemy in the tree, she gave a smile as the armoured man fell out of the tree, and landed with a satisfying thump.

Ardana pulled out her vibroblade and ran up to the nearest enemy and engaged in hand to hand combat.

Erik held back, further assesing the situation and he glanced at Miss Shara who was scarily enjoying herself.

"That was fun, and we didnt even need a Jedi hero to help us win! There could be more out there... maybe we should go and have a look, those inside dont seem to be doing much.

"Yes, that was extremely fun." Shara said, sighing happily and holstering her rifle, Ardana dispatched the last enemy and joined the rest of the group.

"I thought Mr. Graff would never let us out and join the battle." Shara said, flipping back her hair and putting a hand on her hip. "Too bad you didn't leave very many for us." Ardana said, quietly but playfully fierce. She put her lekku back in place. "Where to next?" Shara said, glancing about.
