adamqd
Yo, I got in from work today and found my Account had been suspended , I logged in to live chat and they said it would be back online in 3 days and to basically buck my ideas up! but they cannot discuss the details of the suspension online, only by phone, but I cannot get through to the US number they gave me... I need to find out the problem so it don't happen again. The only thing I can think of is that I bought credits from a site, is that illegal? I seldom converse with people and I'm not a racist foulmouth, I haven't created an illegal server! I'm well pissed off:D anyway is there a European support line/center? Thanks for any help
Inyri
Yes, that is typically a violation of an MMO's TOS.

Guest DarthMaulUK
Activision support the game in Europe. And yes, purchasing credits is not a good idea! lol
Taos
Only 3 day ban for buying credits? I figured it would be longer then that. I would like to hear what the support team says - if you can get in contact with them.
adamqd
^^^ Hush, it might be for something else and they dont know about the credits lol
Taos
^^^ Hush, it might be for something else and they dont know about the credits lol lol well I was going to say..."how did they actually catch you buying credits?" You show them your receipt or somethin? :-p Of course they have record of credit transfers etc, but that doesn't prove you bought them, could be a friend of yours helping you out....right? But don't worry, I won't say a word. I have no desire to go anywhere near them.
adamqd
lol, up until you guys informed me it was frowned upon, I had no Idea you couldn't buy credits. I wasn't online so some dude tipped my account instead of instigating a trade... I wont be doing it again
Guest DarthMaulUK
The whole credit farming debate was covered some time ago. Some people welcome it, others hate it. If you do the Legacy Quests, you should get some decent stuff and money in addition to alot of xp.
Rogue15
i was surprised to enter mos eisley last night and it not be flooded with those annoying chat bubbles!!!!!! over 32 people were logged in over there, more than 3/4 of them neutral. I've also noticed alot of elders walking around, and most of my friends are still playing. I did a little pvp today...got the gcw collection started at the Weapons Depot on Talus, which flagged me as SF...i went into the Daeric Spaceport and noticed a red dot, it was a rebel commando-only had one buff on, i had my armor and shirt powerups active, my gcw stim active, mustafarian injector, nutrient vitacaps, and elder buff. i won the battle. I do get ALOT of lag though...most noticable in cities and places with people, so am really waiting on my 2 gigs of memory to come in then i'll be ready for heroics and stuff. Nedak
Idk DMUK, since the SWG economy is so messed up some people have to result to buying. Everything costs a lot of money on my server and I still need 90mil for a profession change lmao. Not condoning buying credits, but I see why people do it.
