In four games he hasn’t managed to get a single gold coin in his pocket when the game ends. In MI 1 he became a pirate but found no treasures. In MI 2 he is mostly travelling between islands and once again finds no treasures. In MI 3 he really got his chance to make a fortune! He finds a large diamond ring and a huge statue of pure gold. Do you think he sells them to become a rich play boy who can chase girls at the beach? Nooo! Stupid as he is, he puts the ring on the finger and there are no more gold. And no more ring. In MI 4 he had no thoughts of trying to find any treasures. Herman Toothroot must have had something buried, he was a miner you now and I’m sure he had dug out something from his mine. But Guybrush doesn’t even try to get his hands on it. And the ring he gave Elaine in MI 3? It doesn’t exist any more! She must have sold it during their honeymoon so she could buy all the stuff they unload from the ship when they arrive back to Melee Island! [/b] HaHa! that sounds like Elaine allright, but i like Guybrush being a looser, its fun seing him recieve no respect whatsoever and no one believing him when he introduces himself as a mighty pirate. you forgot to mention, while stuck in lechucks treasure chambers in CMI, he had TONS of treasures to carry in his pants, but nooooooooooooooo... he'll take the wooden nickes! ------------------ the original NiKo.

The losers are those that taunt him, those that have nothing better to do with their time than to pick apart a total stranger instead of picking at their own faults and altering themselves. Like I said in another topic "...not again suffer the torture of playing as the ultimate jerk Guybrush Threepwood." In CMI, he had A lot of money from insurance but it disapeared, I bet either LEChuck stole it when Guybrush awoke Elaine or he spent it on his honeymoon, so Guybrush has had a lot of money before, but yes he is a loser:D, that's what makes him so cool!
