Rachel_Ewok
How does one go about creating a custom .uti file? Is there a certain software to use with it... Or can you just use KOTOR tool? If there is a tutorial on this, I must have overlooked it... But any help would be much appreciated. ^^
Marius Fett
It's easier just to edit an existing one in KotOR Tool or K-GFF, though making a COMPLETELY new one is possible. It just takes AGES.

So for example, if I wanted to create clothing, then you would take a clothing .uti and edit it. If this is for your twilek clothing, take the .uti of clothign, rename its tag, tagref as twilekcloth and then when done editing the .uti save it as twilekcloth. TriggerGod
And if I wanted to do a custom rifle (new uti) I would take the .uti of a Heavy Repeating Rifle, Change it to how I want to to be, and save it as "customrifle.uti" ? Same with swords and sabers?

However if you have done a model that you want in game (e.g. WotOR) then things get a little more complicated.
