rictus135
I think its cool that the Sith species had such an effect on the Dark Jedi, they become the scourge of the galaxy for mellenia to come. Sorry Trex If we're turning your thread into a debate. Oh, and I might not have said it earlier, but this looks incredibly impressive. I have no idea how you have done so much so quickly! Pikmin
Indeed. Man I wish I didn't have this TSLCR project to work on, then I would beta test.
RedHawke
The True Siths origins as a race and not a people, happened on these very forums! Not in the games. Incorrect... the Sith Race discussions pre-date these forums by quite a bit (late 1980's and early 1990's) at many a Sci-fi/Comic/RPG game convention. But yeah different topic for another thread. Pikmin
What he said was the True Sith Kreia speaks of in tSL weren't thought of as a species, until a discusion of the forums.

Trex
Will this mod have new landing and take-off videos for your new planets? It will indeed, in fact it's one of the things I'm working on right now. This is mainly because your ship in this is not the Ebon Hawk, although it plays an important role. XSASweet
Wow! This mod looks incredible, how long ago did you start it? Even if I had twice the ability/knowledge of this stuff then you had, I would never be able to do all this.
Trex
Okay, so it looks like I might have a minor problem, but hopefully someone can help out with it. I've done nearly all my modding on my Vista Pc, but also have a windows XP laptop. As a test, I've installed what there is so far of the mod onto the laptop, but run into a crash. It occurs whenever one of the Bik full motion videos plays. The actual videos play fine, but the game crashes as soon as they end. I'm hoping it's an incompatibility issue with my actual laptop, specifically the graphics card, but still concerned that it might be WinXP itself for some reason. I would therefore be very thankful if someone who has a Windows XP PC, could download this small mod and try it out : http://www.d-ex-d.com/biktest.rar It should just go through a quick conversation, then play a short video. Extract '001EBO' to your Modules folder, and 'TJM002' to your movies folder, then start a new game. When you're done, just delete both files. If you give it a go, thanks for your help. jediTJrocks
if the movies aren't playing i'm pretty sure you can turn them on and off by going to configure and on clicking something

Trex
Default In-game Videos are normally displaying, so I don't see the problem. Yeah, it was the same for my laptop. Unless anyone has any other suggestions, I think it might have something to do with resolution. When I play my custom movie outside the game with Bink player, I can't help noticing they come up as much larger. Maybe the game switching resolutions is what causes the crash. Will working on getting some slightly smaller ones and thanks again for everybody's help. if the movies aren't playing i'm pretty sure you can turn them on and off by going to configure and on clicking something Well, yeah. But it wouldn't be as fun.
Pikmin
I do need to sya, that the first time after I installed the high resoluton movie patch, the first video that played played black and then continued. Then I reloaded my save and played to the movie and it played fine.
assassing3
cant wait to see this it looks sweet one question can we expect lots of incompatibilities with our current mods(mainly ones that add planets. but also what about weapons skins and stuff)
Trex
can we expect lots of incompatibilities with our current mods(mainly ones that add planets. but also what about weapons skins and stuff) The planets, definitely. I don't even use the GUI ebon hawk map with this. Weapons, I think you should still be able to. Skins, it depends entirely on who's skin it is. When it's done and released, it'll probably be best if people just PM/email me about individual mods' compatibility.
Darth Payne
Or, you could include a list of the mods that you 'know' are compatible. Some modders do that.
