Maxstate
The servers/master list just bugs out from time to time. Believe it or not, there are more servers online. TNTClan for one is at 85.14.216.23:24001, and is hosted by JaSK.

Alexman113
I usually play on TNT or Galaxia Star Wars. My question is where do the creators play? I have read the manual several times and watched every video on youtube and for some reason I just cannot get this mod. I love it, don't get me wrong but since I started in v1.2 it has a bit of a learning curve. I am just looking for some pointers in-game. Its sort of hard to do what is in the videos since they are so short and its hard to tell what's going on.
Tanqexe
If there is interest in a US server, I might be willing to shell out pocket change for one. But that depends on how many people would want to populate it regularly. I've been going to Galaxia lately, and it's pretty much South American country in there, although most of the people are nice. Maps for Galaxia usually include the default maps, Jedi Enclave (1.2?), OLTS_HQ, Jedi's Home II, Corellia...and a few others I probably missed. Their forums are at http://clangsw.foros.ws/index.php if you understand Spanish. Those YouTube videos you're referring to are out of date for the most part and don't really serve well as learning tools anymore. If you need help learning, PM me or Maxstate (considering you're from Montana probably me) so we can set some aside some time to help you, depending on schedules. Sound good? Alexman113
That would be great. I could really use some help with this mod. It is worlds better than base JKA.
Maxstate
Where are all of the broken English-speaking masses of 13-15 year olds to play our drat mod We only ever get well-spoken, older-seeming people.
Alexman113
I have seen Tanq online in GSW before, I was wondering where the rest of you guys play? The only servers I see are TNT, GSW, some code testing server, and the occasional locked RP server. Mostly I just see bots though. GSW is really the only one I ever see with people. Maxstate
Some servers just drop off the master list sometimes. The team used to play on the TNT server a lot but we're all pressing for time lately. We're really just waiting for the community to organize something fun on a specific date and we'll join in if we can, other than that we're busy trying to regain all of the time we lost fixing bugs for v1.3. Alexman113
I am wondering if in this forum also we couldn't pool everyone's contact information, like x-fire. Mine is Alexman113 on basically every messenger service.
Alexman113
No one? No one wants to share contact info? I think this would help the mod grow if we were all on the same page. I MET MASTER JON HOC NI ONLINE!!!!!
[Alpha]-0mega-
There's an OJP group on x-fire that you can join, it has some people that are playing the game in it. Quite a lot actually. Open Jedi Project Enhanced Players, or something like that. If you still wish to have people's individual addies, mine's 0megaD.
Alexman113
I just got xfire so I am still unfamiliar with it. I will have to look into that. Thanks.
Alexman113
On a related note, the clan GSW (Galaxia Star Wars) has disbanded and Soul started a new server called Open Jedi Proyect. They are very talented there and good teachers.
Tanqexe
They're called CF from now on, and they said they'll have a dedicated server up in a week. Hmm...I might shell out money for a US dedicated server, too. Anyone US-side want to share the cost?
Alexman113
what would it look like cost-wise? I might be able to help out.

razorace
As one of the creators, I don't actually play OJP at the moment. I'm on a dialup connection and that's simply too slow to play on.

Tanqexe
From what I'm seeing at Mammoth Games (Soul's suggestion), it's $18/month for 18 slots...so hmm, I might be able to pay for this myself.

I could easily kick you $9 a month over paypal or something, but what are the slots about? Is the the number of players it can support?
