i have looked at that and i still dont know what im doing

i made a new row then copied the Alien_Mandalorian01 row

i have taken Alien_Mandalorian01 and renamed it to Alien_Mandalorian099

then i took the ractex Alien_Mandalorian01 and made it Alien_Mandalorian099

my uti file is named g_a_class9099.uti tag & template resref is g_a_class9099

and my tga file is N_Mandalorian099.tga

am i on the right track?

For TSL I cut and paste one of the mandalorian lines onto one that isn't used (like Jolee Bindo), then make it unique etc etc. After that I just set up the armor as a disguise (of Bindo here) and it turns out as a non overwriting mandalorian armor.

For the first game I've not tried to do what your asking.

He could do pretty much the same thing, only copying one of the existing "Alien_Mandalorian" lines, adding it as a new row, then changing the applicable columns to point to his new texture. He would then create a disguise item, which would point to the new line in the appearance.2da.

i did read that tutorial but the problem is that it is a custom armor but the mando assault armor is a diguise armor the armor would just end up looking like basic heavy battle armor or at least thats what happened to me so i think and am pretty sure i need to add another line to the appearence.2da but im not sure what i have to do to make i work
