Queen of Night
At the moment I work on a Mod somebody a higher level than 20 should give. This does not fold at all then although I them 2because it had found to deal that with it and she also changed, levelt the play me high if I this certain point amount has not reached. Can one help me there?
Hope Estheim
Um... I'm not quite sure if this'll answer your question... It's a bit hard to understand, but I think this should do it. The level cap of 20 is hardcoded, meaning that it can't be uped, without the game crashing... so if you attempt to increase the level that the PC/NPCs can reach it'll make the game crash and it might not work very well ever again... harIII
I've experimented with this for a while and I could get the experience points to accumulate beyond level 20 and the level up icon to appear when you're able to. But that's as far as I know you can go. Hate to burst your bubble but Hope Estheim is right, as of now, it can't be done.
Queen of Night
@Hope: So crashed my game up to now is not at all. @har: Too bad I would have liked a higher level, it works with the former point, although as I said but my PC just not reached a level fortuitous. Is there any chance this script which you could change?
harIII
As of now I know of no way that we can make additional levels without the game crashing. It's going to take more people digging deeper than ever into the game's system and breaking the hard coded material.
Christos K
Is breaking the hardcoded material illegal or just an extremely tough task? I heard once that it was illegal.
logan23
Is breaking the hardcoded material illegal or just an extremely tough task? I heard once that it was illegal. Another issue is if you play with it and break it, there is a good chance you might break the game. The best solutions are to either increase the growth in force powers or skills if that is why you want the level to increase. Another is to limit the amount of exp points you get so you won't reach level 20 to quickly. Another is even if you cap off at level 20 you could place in scripts that would give you force powers or options of skills to learn if this is for a story mod or expansion. Queen of Night
@logan: Thank you for your reply. It is a pity that one can only elevate the Exp points but not the level. Therefore, thanks to everyone for their answers.
