We here at LF do not represent the majority of people who bought TSL. I doubt you'd find a hundred active TSL players on these boards. Hence our voice carries no weight. Besides LA all ready nixed a content patch Obsidian wanted to put out.

And that was when the game was still (relatively) new. Why would they now that they aren't going to squeeze much more profit out of it?

Your enthusiasm is undeniable, Darth Sasuna! You are late to the game, but like us (once upon a time, as deathdisco noted) love the KotOR games.

 

Remember, as DI noted, these games are far from new. That people are still modding them is a testament to the power and quality of them both (despite the usual TSL objections).

 

Donations to who? I am surprised DI didn't quote the rules, so it is likely I have misremembered them, but taking "donations" for mods is illegal and I believe expressly prohibited here at LF.

 

I like your enthusiasm. I recommend you take a moment to reflect on the depth of knowledge that lies here within these forums, available to you to learn from via the search function. The discussions you want to bring up, the ideas or concerns you may have, may have already been discussed in great detail, saving you the time and effort!

We're not in the money-handling business here. There have been numerous petitions sent off to LucasArts and Obsidian already. LA and OE have both moved on to other projects. Let's put this thread to bed.
