Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic: The Darkest Hour Cometh

(Quick note: This will tie in with the fanfiction I'm writing, hopefully. Check my signature for the link to that half of the story if you're interested in it too. I will largely try to keep this self-contained and away from the other story's plot, and I will only link the two directly if the fanfiction project goes anywhere. If not, this story can hopefully exist by itself.

One more thing. Please do not judge me by my post count.)

It has been over a year since the Jedi Exile's departure from known space. In her wake, several of her former companions became Jedi Knights and learned the ways of the Force, sowing the seeds for the re-founding of the Jedi Order. Initially, the Exile's command was to remain behind, almost verbatim to how Revan had instructed his own companions to stay. Two months after the departure, however, Admiral Carth Onasi proposed to send the others into deep space as well, in hot pursuit of the Exile and, by extension, Revan himself. Preparation for the voyage took nearly a year, with the Republic stockpiling what goods they could spare for the crew of the Ebon Hawk.

It has been two months since the Ebon Hawk and her crew entered the Unknown Regions. The Republic is slowly, steadily climbing out of the rubble, and new, more powerful warships are flooding the Navy's ranks every day. The Jedi Order is slowly growing as well, with nearly thirty new apprentices directly being trained under the watchful eyes of Mical, Bastila, Juhani, and even, according to some rumors, the likes of Jolee Bindo, as well as a handful of other surviving Jedi. Hope for the future is soaring...

Yet a new enemy has arisen amidst the dawning peace. Mandalore the Preserver, the respected Canderous Ordo, has unearthed a new threat in his own quest to re-stablish the Clans. In addition to evidence of an impending attack by the "True Sith," a third party has risen to fill the void in the ranks of the newer strain of Sith. On a trip to Mandalore to scout out a potential location in the re-foundation of the Mandalorian capital, Ordo discovered yet another rogue Sith Lord in hiding, attempting to assert himself as the Dark Lord. The self-proclaimed Darth Verethos claims to have been taught in secret by Lord Revan himself, and is preparing, slowly but surely, to take up the former Sith's reigns and prepare the way for the shadow invasion of the True Sith.

Lost in the records of the Jedi Temple for a time, Master Mical has discovered a Force-powered holocron listing all the surviving Jedi in the galaxy. One of them, a former Jedi Knight by the name of Aravel Torlund, is in hiding as a smuggler. According to the Archives, he traveled and fought with Revan during the Mandalorian wars, and was the only one not to return from the Unknown Regions as a Sith. Perhaps he holds answers to the impending threat, information which could turn the tide of the coming war and affect the fate of the Galaxy itself...

Hello, fellow Old Republic fans!

This roleplay will, of course, hinge on a shadowy plot surrounding the True Sith and and another Darth rising to finish the job Revan started. While this will likely end up contradicting ToR-established canon, the roleplay will be based around a few recent Bioware ideas (for instance, the notion that the Sith Emperor sent Revan and Malak ahead to soften the resistance for him). For the sake of simplicity, established canon should, for the most part, rule here. Both Revan and the Exile are, for instance, light siders in this roleplay, as is he canon history, and the former is male while the later is female.

To avoid continuity issues or an overly-complicated plot (with different people in a hundred locations all in one thread), everyone will start in extremely close proximity to each other. Standard roleplaying rules, such as no godmoding, will apply. At the moment, there should be a limit of no more than two or three characters per member, and I strongly suggest you keep it down to no more than two Force Sensitives (this includes latent Force Sensitives). If you want an evil character, four slots is fine, but the evil character will probably not have a chance to even appear for a while in the roleplay. All "canon" characters (established in KotOR & TSL) will be controlled by me, again for simplicity, unless I can find a volunteer who can imitate the personality of a certain character extremely well. Remember, folks, your own character is probably not an excellent Jedi after only undergoing training for one year, so keep this in mind when you're in a fight.

All Jedi and Jedi-allied (mercenary/other) characters will start on a generic civilian space station orbiting Corellia in their quest to recruit Aravel (my character), who will be onboard as a smuggler. If you have any party members besides your own, try to include a reason for how they got there in your character sheet.

Without further adieu...my character (might fill out the bio a little more tomorrow, when I'm not so tired)!

Name: Aravel Torlund

Age: 30

Gender: Male

Species: Human, Base-Line (some Echani heritage)

Occupation: Smuggler (Former Jedi Knight, hid during the Purge)

Description: Aravel is a fairly typical human, just over six feet tall. Neither too well-built or too scrawny, he makes for a somewhat unimpressive sight to most species. His dirty blond mop gives an impression of an unkempt fellow, and, apart from his gear, tends to seem relatively innocuous. Even with a lightsaber, Aravel is a bit underwhelming to behold, exactly the kind of thing a smuggler needs to slip by the authorities. His slightly angular face is just sharp enough to potentially bludgeon a flipdarter to death with extreme concentration.

Equipment: Over a regular white commoner's shirt, Aravel usually wears a plain gray, multi-pouched sleeveless vest. Occasionally, this vest is worn over self-salvaged flexisteel plates that are a slightly reflective blued steel in color. He ordinarily caries miscellanious utilities in a Czerka Specialist Belt, not limited to extra power packs, spare parts, med kits, and even a burnout-prone and short-lived cloaking device. Typically, he tends to wear rugged brown trousers and jet black military-grade combat boots.

Weapons: In an attempt to avoid attention during the Purge, Aravel reduced himself to using an Arkanian heavy blaster pistol and a vibroknife for closer brawls. Held on the underside of his vest by a strap, however, is his aqua-bladed lightsaber, in the event of an extremely dangerous encounter.

Notable Force Powers: In addition to varying levels of kinetic technique mastery, as is the case with even the most basic Force Sensitive learners, Aravel possesses a Force ability to shield himself and potential allies for a brief time, reducing or negating sustained damage depending on the severity. In addition, this is supplemented with a minor ability to heal injuries, also largely dependent on severity. Lastly, over the years, he has perfected a weaker, more light-oriented form of Force lightning, concentrated into as few as one to three individual "beams." While capable of hitting up to five individuals at once, chaining a Force Judgment attack has the major drawback of dividing the damage output between the victims.

Other Skills: Makashi and Shien are both signatures of Aravel's dueling technique, even with a vibro weapon. He has raw skill in some technical applications and stealth, as well as basic knowledge of security and explosives. His piloting skills are average, but he excels in actual mechanical functions.

Biography:

ERROR. RECORDS DELETED FROM TEMPLE ARCHIVE. FILE CORRUPTED.

He may be coaxed into speaking more of his past later...

Hey Penguin Unit, I don't want to seem like the wet blanket here, but I'm just going to be the advocate here and say that this should have been put in the Backstage Casting Call area (Just so you know for future reference, we're always welcoming new RP'ers down in our dark little Hobbit Hole). No worries though, looks like a good RP, and you didn't do anything 'EVIL', so just get one of the DTC moderators to move the thread and things should be fine :) .

ForceFightWMe12 is a relative frequenter of the DTC, so you can ask her :) .

As for me, I'll definitely consider your RP.

And in fact, while I'm at it...

Name: Kira Ashlund

Age: 26

Gender: Female

Occupation: Smuggler/Ship technician extraordinaire!

Description: After years of running the galactic circuit, Kira's more than earned her stripes - and you can see it in her face. Though a woman, she's made up of equal parts spirit, cunning, and audacity - leaving little room for the softness that is often attributed to her gender. There is hardly a trace of it in her face, making her a fairly intimidating woman; she learned to keep up with the boys years ago.

As far as appearance goes, Kira's looks are fairly average for a human woman. Her dark brown hair reaches to about the bottom of her shoulder blades, though no one knows for sure; she almost always keeps it in a ponytail, to keep it out of the way. Her eyes are of a matching hue, even containing the same faint, golden highlights as her straight strands in certain lights. Other than that, she has naturally tanned smooth skin - at least, on those parts of her skin that are exposed regularly to sunlight - and a lean frame, the result of a constant work out regimen and years of traveling.

Equipment: Her clothing is probably the most feminine part of Kira. The black t-shirt she customarily wears is fitted, as is the brown cropped leather jacket she wears over top. Her black cargo pants are fitted and as worn as the jacket, and her black commando boots have seen better days. Her baby - a Mandalorian heavy blaster she picked up somewhere along her travels - hangs from a belt that she wears crookedly around her waist. Hooked through one or two belt loops on the left side of her pants, the rest of the belt lies draped over her right hip. Finally, there's a pair of thin, black leather gloves that she never leaves home without; with full fingers and spaces cut out at the knuckles and wrist, they leave just enough flexibility for the delicate work of rewiring a starship cannon while providing protection from any stray sparks.

Weapons: Kira would rather be light and discreet than bulky and slow, and as such she carries only two weapons: a Mandalorian heavy blaster and a Republic field hold-out blaster stowed in a concealed holster in her boot. She knows that, being smaller than most men as a female, her best bet is to stay out of melee combat. As such, she aims to take down an enemy before they even get the chance.

Notable Force Powers: N/A; Kira is not a Force sensitive.

Other Skills: Having grown up around starships her entire life, Kira is incredibly adept at fixing and maintaining most classes of freighters and a few models of personal vessels. Would all of her repairs pass Republic inspection? Probably not. But they work. And when you're flying under the radar, failing to pass Republic inspection is the least of your worries.

History:

Kira Odessa Ashlund was born to two rather unlikely parents.

Her father, Samuel Garth Ashlund, was a professional criminal; for thirty-two years he ran smuggling trips throughout the galaxy for the Tarisian Exchange. For five of those thirty-two years, he frequented a particular brothel in the lower city where a particular woman could be found. "Mockingbird", as he was called at the time, was a great fan of rare items, so when he found a Cathar woman working at said brothel - one of the more humanoid subspecies, no less - he knew at once who he wanted. For five years he visited Saransauti at that brothel, and in the fourth year he made his mistake.

When Saransauti found that she was pregnant, Sam had already flown the coup; she raised the child, despite her distaste for motherhood, and patiently waited for his return. It was a full year before she saw Sam again, and her daughter, Katirana, was three months old by that time. For a week, the Mockingbird came to her brothel each night and stayed with her; for a week, she kept their daughter secret. Then, with the pay of a full month in her pocket, she snuck out of the brothel one night while he was in his drunken stupor, and left Katirana back in his apartment. Sam never heard from her again.

Upon returning home later that day, Sam found the little baby girl sleeping peacefully on his counter in the kitchen, her little body tucked away in a wicker basket and cuddled in a bundle of cloth. He read the datapad Saransauti had left, and at first didn't believe that it was actually from her. Looking at the child, she seemed fully human; her face had no distinguishing differences, save slightly almond-shaped eyes...but as he pulled the blankets away, he saw the little darkened patches of skin on the babe's body. He recognized them, for they were the same shade as the markings on Saransauti...her mother. Although he was hardly fatherhood material himself, Sam's conscience wouldn't let him leave the little one behind. He was her father. He would be her dad, as well. He shortened her name to Kira, for simplicity's sake, and brought her aboard his crew's smuggling vessel, the Red Joker.

Which, of course, meant that Kira's childhood wasn't exactly of the textbook variety. The child of a smuggler, she was raised on a smuggler's ship that was inhabited entirely by men for nineteen years of her life. There, she learned how to drink, how to swear, how to wolf-whistle, how to gamble, how to lie, how to cheat, how to fight, how to shoot, how to break things, how to fix things, and - most importantly - how to build something out of nothing. Her quick, nimble fingers served the crew of the Red Joker well for those years...but eventually, it was time for her to strike out on her own.

While the crew of the Red Joker was grounded on Coruscant - the authorities had caught up with them, for the third time in the last decade and a half - Kira slipped away, uncaught and uncharged, to find a new crew to run with. From that moment on, she bounced around throughout the galaxy, catching up with her dad only a few times before Malak's assault on Taris. The Red Joker had been grounded there for nearly a month when the Sith attack began, and the crew was unable to reach the ship in time. Kira never saw her dad again.

But that was in the past. Recently, due to extenuating circumstances - that she has a tendency of rewriting each time she tells the story - she had been dropped from the service of her last crew and stranded on Telos' orbiting station. There, she met up with a man named Torrin Valko - again, due to extenuating circumstances that she often exaggerates - and they have been traveling together ever since, running small-time jobs that a larger crew would be incapable of finishing without being caught.

Planning to join this. Working out some details with ForceFight, since we're planning on our characters being partnered. Will post my character when we've gotten our stuff straightened out.

And as far as I'm concerned, Penguin, you needn't worry about being judged by post count. I judge based on writing ability and what I've seen from you thus far plants you about as far from noob status as a person can get :p

Great! Collaboration is a good thing, as long as you're not plotting to assassinate me...:thmbup1:

Well, that's good. The community from one of the roleplaying forums I used to frequent would seem to mostly ignore people if they didn't have thousands of posts, regardless of content. Glad to see it's not like that here.

Penguin Unit,

If you will allow me to join your adventure, I will be glad to embark on it! I've been participating in the DTC for five years now, and let me tell you, I was allowed to join and create roleplays without anyone looking at my post count! :)

NAME: Aieri Thekla

GENDER: Female

SPECIES: Human

OCCUPATION: RIRA (Republic Intelligence Reconnaissance Agent)

APPEARANCE: Veiled, with one natural blue eye and one cybernetic iris

BACKGROUND: No one would call Miss Aieri Thekla a spy--at least, not to her face. In fact, no one has ever seen her face--only her eyes, as she wears a veil to hide her hair and more prominent features. Aieri says it's religious garb, but those who know her well say that's only half of the story. Being shunned by legal employers, she wished to ply a shady lady's trade aboard the civilian space station. Before anyone could take Aieri up on her offer of nightly paradise, however, the Republic caught up with her. Learning of her eidetic memory, they offered her a choice: jail or conscription.

Aieri chose the latter, as she wished to do something meaningful and noble with her life instead of traveling the 'low road' she'd been planning on taking. In the course of her work as a Republic spy 'contact', her left eye caught a grenade thrown by suspicious (and murderous) thugs. Republic officers came to her aid, painting the walls with the culprits' blood, and gave her a cybernetic eye to replace the one she lost. All the better for Aieri, as it gives her a camera-like view of events if she closes her natural right eye. Will dawn's redemption come for this night creature?

Name: Rickett the Unworthy

Age: 47

Gender: Male

Species: Human

Occupation: Bounty Hunter, formally The Commander of the 8th Battalion Republic Fleet.

Description: Typical 6 foot middle aged man, black hair with some greys. scar going down his left eye. Slight wrinkles and an old bullet wound on his right trigger hand. Faded Republic emblem tattoo on his biceps on his left arm.

Equipment: A black, dusty old black Jacket and a typical common white shirt with torn black flare type denim pants. On his right hand he equips his gun with, he wears faded orange and red gloves, of Republic make, obviously still holding on to that chapter of his life.

Weapons: Republic Comission specially modified Blaster Pistol, with long range scope and Phrikk metal bullets, granting a well placed shot to like instantly kill his target.

Notable Force Powers: N/A: Isn't Force Sensative.

Other Skills: Rickett has a wide array of skills, perfect for every job. He has performed the deadliest of Stealthy infiltrations, and head on fire fights. He is fast, agile, but proves weaker to melee combat than gunfighting.

Biography:

Rickett is a typical washed up war hero. A bitter man, who can't get his head out of the past. He was not always like this, however. He and his battalion fought in the Mandalorian Wars, but in a horrific accident, the ship leading the fleet, The Distruttivo, launched head on into Malachor V, and in haste, Rickett abandoned his fleet, getting into the nearest life pod and disappearing into space. He was found on Alderaan five years later, and when brought to trial by the Republic, was stripped of his Commander status and deemed a Deserter and a Traitor, and became Rickett the Unworthy. He Became a Bounty Hunter and took out his grief and anger on every mark he was paid for, brutally torturing them, and eventually ended their lives with a Dagger. He uses this Dagger for all of his kills, and has a personal connection to it. The Origins of this Dagger and why Rickett is so attached to it is yet Unknown. Underneath this man is a war hero waiting to return, and every day wishes for a chance to redeem himself and rejoin the Republic Forces. He gets work from an anonymous source, promising a billion credits to kill a "Aravel Torlund" sometime in the roleplay (sorry to get un-rp ish :D). He never knows of this Aravel until he meets him, and wonders. If he helped Aravel with his mission, could he truely be redeemed under the eyes of the Republic?

Name: Alexander Thriist - Only likes being called by his last name, never Alexander lest you're a close friend, and he absolutely hates being called "Alex".

Age: 32

Gender: Male

Species: Human

Occupation: Spacer/Wanderer/Traveler (He takes odd jobs everywhere and anywhere)

Description: Linkism. Alexander has a hollow face and a dull stare, with wispy frayed and loose hair of a light sandy brown; small flecks of tan coloring sprinkled throughout, like small splattered bleach marks. His eyes are rimmed below with red irritated eyelids and skin, large dark circles underneath only adding to his disheveled and destitute appearance. His face is covered in scar tissue everywhere, prominently striped across the bridge of his nose, meandering up to the line of his scalp, and trailing down to the right side of his face, flaying out in a grotesque pattern on the top of his cheekbone. There are other locations with large scar tissue markings on his face, but that is the most defined, the other locations being on the right side of his face, under his ear, and behind his jaw, draping widely across his upper neck; the underside of his chin on the left side, streaking down perfectly straight right along next to his jugular - other marks are there, but these are for a more prime example.

Bodily he's fit, with the build of a soldier and legs like a runner - proving his travels. He's got bright green needle-like eyes, and a near permanent scowl on his face.

Equipment: He's an amalgam of attire, most of it consisting of a Sith Trooper uniform/armor, his whole body (excluding the head) is covered in the sleek black suit used under Sith Trooper armor. He lacks the armor for his left arm covering it with a shoulder shawl made of a flexible gridded fabric - a material resistant to blaster fire. He accompanies this shawl with a single fingerless grey glove over his left hand, small durosteel domes embedded into the fabric over each knuckle, making for a nasty sock in the face if Alexander is ever bothered enough to do so.

He has a light brown bandoleer coming over his left shoulder and across his chest, the bandoleer holding pouches that he carries various accoutrements in (mostly ammo, and explosives, like thermal dets). On his right foot he lacks his armor's common armored boot, and so wears a leather combat boot instead. His left leg is the most eye-catching, if not amazing thing: a robotic/cybernetic leg, created and armored for combat by those who gave it to him; he's retrofitted it for travel, and for less weight strain on his left....Thigh-stump. The prosthetic has varied degrees of light graffiti on it, from a slashed out SITH mark on the inside, to various emblems and symbols, not to mention some very nasty comments, as well as a tally on the front/toe of the limb's foot. As a side note there's also a compartment in the front of the leg, right under the plating of the knee that usually holds a set of small weapons. He has a large pack on his back which usually houses his more substantial belongings, like his food, kit, Sith Trooper helmet, and weapon(s).

Weapons: He carries a Bowcaster for any/(most) ranged combat, an odd weapon to have, he acquired it while stationed on Kashyyk in his Sith Trooper days. He carries a modified Vibro Double-Blade as his choice weapon; capable of being "broken down" for putting into his pack. In the compartment in his knee he carried a Bothan Needler and a stun baton for close scrapes. Besides that, there's the explosives he carries in his bandoleer pouches, mostly just consisting of thermal detonators, with some frag grenades, and other smaller devices thrown in - not to mention some more high-grade stuff in his pack, mines included.

Notable Force Powers: It was discovered that he was a latent Force sensitive, but nothing went beyond just being discovered, though this explains his heightened skills in melee combat, and maybe his survival through so many near-death moments.

Other Skills: He's skilled in melee combat like few others. Has an above average knowledge of the technical/mechanical due to his maintenance on his leg, and knows how to use explosives very well. Years of being in a six man squad gave him the opportunity to specify in a skill he never knew he had, hacking and slicing - It was learn fast, or get everyone, self included, killed. He has great experience with travel and survival due to his own wandering lifestyle, plus an uncanny luck that always seems to have some sort of payoff in the opposite direction of what he gained.

Biography: For now I'm leaving this blank, his character sheet so far should be good enough for one to make accurate guesses as to his life. Just be happy I even got this guy up, let alone give him a Bio  . But I will give him one, don't get me wrong.

Alright, done, took me FOREVER!!! And the character sheet's junk anyways, the wording's off and, ah whatever, I'm tired!

Hope you like him.

Edit: I've given him good skill in the area of hacking/slicing/technical stuff, etc. Since we've got a pilot, and at least two mechanics (speaking of non-combat skills here, that is), we need a techy somewhere. So I'm volunteering, unless I'm told otherwise, that is. :)

What people usually do around here is accept anyone and everyone who joins. The ones who aren't serious will drop out over time, and most of them will drop out rather quickly.

On a side note, I think I've figured out what my character looks like. I should have him up within the next couple of days.

Well, that explains why so many people disappeared from my roleplays on other forums...

Name: Torin Valko

Age: 32

Gender: Male

Species: Human

Occupation: Smuggler/Pilot extraordinaire!

Description: Image, Torin Valko. At a glance, you probably wouldn’t think much of Torin. In fact, considering his build, you’d be likely to think he’s a former smashball player, now living off the wealth he earned while playing the game. He has few scars and no other obvious injuries. However, if you know what to look for, you’ll find that the way he carries himself is very much like a covert operative, always on the alert, ready and able to defend himself at the drop of a hat, whether in hand to hand combat or with one of an assortment of weapons he carries concealed on his person.

Equipment: Torin’s clothing fits loosely, allowing him both plenty of flexibility of movement and a fair amount of space in which to hide his weapons. He wears plain, single-color t-shirts ranging from white to black and many colors in between. Over this, he wears a well-weathered, brown Krayt leather jacket. He owns several pairs of black and dark blue cargo pants, into which he has planted several sheaths for his knives. On his hands, he wears fingerless black Krayt leather gloves. Finishing the outfit, he wears a pair of black combat boots.

Weapons: Torin has an assortment of knives in various sheaths tucked into his pants and boots. Attached to the inside of his Krayt leather jacket, he also carries the hilt of a broadsword, which contains a collapsible blade made of a cortosis alloy. The only weapons he wears in plain view are twin blasters, one on each hip. If he deems necessary, he also carries a small shoulder bag full of explosives of various kinds. Very rarely, he’ll also add a big rifle of one variety or another slung over his back.

Notable Force Powers: N/A. Torin is not Force sensitive.

Other Skills: Torin is skilled in at least five different forms of martial arts. His knowledge of weapons is extensive, and he’s a very good pilot. He claims he can fly anything you set him at the controls of, but he’s rarely been given the chance to prove this.

Biography: If asked about his childhood, Torin Valko shrugs and says, "I don't really remember it." When questioned concerning his early education years, he chuckles and replies, "Don't think I learned much beyond how to have fun, fight well, and avoid getting in trouble." Of his college education, he snorts and asks, "Who needed it?" Beyond that, he admits to entering training for Republic Intelligence, which further improved his preexisting martial arts skills and weapons training. Then, for reasons he won't ever specify, he washed out of training. And so, at twenty-six years of age, Torin Valko became a smuggler.

In his first year as a smuggler, no one took Torin seriously. He'd come out of nowhere and looked more like a poster boy for professional sports than someone who could handle the rough side of the galaxy. Over the next five years, he began proving his worth in subtle ways. He revealed his hand-to-hand combat abilities and his weapons training first. These skills earned him jobs as "hired muscle" and his poster boy appearance helped him catch his enemies by surprise.

At twenty-eight years of age, Torin found in an emergency situation that he enjoyed flying. The ship he was flying with at the time came under attack, and the pilot was injured. Torin took the controls, only vaguely knowing what he was doing, and flew them to safety, albeit a little clumsily. When their pilot recovered, she taught him everything he needed to know to fly almost anything ever made. He studied flight systems for two years and then changed careers again, becoming a pilot for hire and a smuggler on the side.

A year ago, at thirty-one years of age, he entered a bar for an after-job drink. Shortly after his arrival, a very tense moment ensued between a young woman named Kira Ashlund and a few of the bar's other patrons. The situation was beginning to look dire for Kira, but then Torin Valko stepped in. In a matter of seconds, he'd taken down four of the unruly patrons while Kira tackled the other two. This event sparked a heated argument between Torin and Kira, in which Kira argued that she hadn't needed Torin's help and Torin insisted that she did.

The argument continued to the point where Kira, in exasperation told Torin he'd better come to work with her if he thought she might get into further trouble without him. He replied, "Maybe I'd better." They've been partners in crime ever since. Even a year after the initial fight they're still arguing on who was right in their first encounter, though the argument is a lot more playful these days.

Alright. I did some last-minute updates to my profile (completely forgot to mention he even knows how to pilot, and the first time I completely forgot to mention that he has a high repair/mechanical aptitude).

The main thread is up: SWKotOR: The Darkest Hour Cometh. Everyone (except Aravel, who's already there) should probably arrive on the station about the same time, either on a civilian/other transport or their own craft. It's also okay if you start on the station itself.
