Then get yourself a free FTP program if the free host doesn't support browser-based uploads. An example for an FTP program is WS_FTP or the trial version of "CuteFTP". Then upload the pic. Remember it should be a gif or jpg file and be no larger than several KBs to keep loading time down. Make sure the name has no spaces in it. Then simply link to the file.
