Actually Fergie, i believe that he does do his own voice, but he and Jake Loyd were the only ones to do so.

If i was in a star wars movie, i think i'd have some kinda clause that said i had to used for all voice overs. That would be so much fun.

Have you seen the English version of Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon (DVD)?

If not, I think that would make you change your mind.

I saw it in the movies with Subtitles....and let me tell you, the movie is much better when you don't have to try and read every single word that's being said...especially in a movie like that where there are some complex, political story lines taking place.

Not only that, but the english dubbing is so good you really can't tell that it was dubbed...unlike the old Kung Fu movies, which are hilarious because they aren't even close :)

I don't think it was the exception. I don't like subtitles either but I saw Crouching Tiger in the theater and when I remember the movie I don't remember subtitles. It was good enough that the subtitles didn't get in the way. Oh yeah, and the CD voice over is terrible. The little changes that they make are noticeable. Like the line "A meat eating monk" when she's fighting all the guys in the restaraunt, what the h3ll is that?

Voice overs are hated in the Netherlands. Here almost every movie that comes on tv is subtitled ... exept childrens movies. When I buy a disney video, I buy the subtitled versions. Nowadays, I buy DVD :) all versions in one.

But ... we have some german chanels on our TV's too ... and in Germany they can't read subtitles very well so they voiceover everthing ... They seem to love it. Voice overs are in my opinion baaaaaaaaaad.

But someone said that James Earl Jones did the voiceover for Darth Vader. If you're refering to the movies, yes. If your refering to the game, no. The voice of Darth Maul is ook a voice over btw. (in the movie that is)

Reason is that in some countrys (scandinavia, obviously netherlands too) there aren't enough people for a voice-over to be cost-effective, so they just put in subtitles ....

germany, with around 30-40 times for example norways population gets voice-overs ...

JEJ did not do the voices for GB. Only Ahmed Best, Jake Lloyd, and another actor did. You can clearly tell that it was not JEJ.

There are or will be downloadable taunt packs for GB the same way there were with aok. Actually aok had better sw taunts than GB does :)

Voice overs are good here in Mexico, but I agree with Leon, it tears up the feeling of the game. I'm trying to get SWGB in English, because Star Wars in Spanish sounds terrible!!!

BTW, the taunts are great!
