1. You could contact an admin if you want it changed that badly.

 

2. I suppose. As long as they make it under 100kb.

 

3. Send him a pm or an email. He hangs out at the rs forums normally.

well.. for the avatar... contact S1DC. for the name.... try Sherack Narr or maybe Chris3PO. and for the banner... try S1DC as well
