Hmmm, I'm not sure but maybe,

or

Seems I am a Chinese, i have to chance to give my self a "English name"

another formula is to take the first 3 letters of your first name, and the first 2 letters of you second name..this makes your jedi first name

 

then the first 3 letters of the city of your birth, then the first 3 letters of your mothers maiden name

 

Kie'ma Exenor...i actually prefer this one :)
