I'm sure that Boba is just as good or better then him but I can't make a judgement on something I haven't seen happen (hint hint Episode III, more Boba!). Not to mention Jango has a huge array of weapons, awesome speed and a kick'n accent

I think Boba has a better chance than Jango though. Why? When Jango fights a Jedi, he does decently well, he was pretty clearly going to lose, but he does a good job. When Boba fights a Jedi (in RotJ) he messes up and grabs the wrong thing with his rope, leaving Luke's Lightsaber free. Boba was obviously undisciplined, and would have been much more powerful if only his 'father' had actually been able to train him.

To Chaotic--Watch the movie again, Obi-Wan's anticipation helps him a lot, it allows him to fight very well while outgunned and unarmed.

Spidey would probably underestimate his size and strength and get pasted when Yoda opens a can. :D
