Like 40 years after Yoda beat Dooku's ass, he's hardly able to walk and you want him to kick a guys ass that took on an army of reborns and sith, killed the guy(Desann) that kicked Luke's pansy ass, can harness both light and dark forces (He's both), and is super charged by the valley of the jedi. *Cough *Cough I still say Kyle. Sure, Kyle did take on and kill a dark jedi who kicked Luke's ass, but Yoda could kick both Desann's ass and Luke's ass at the same time. So what challenge could Kyle ever pose against THE Jedi Master? Not much. Also, Yoda's a smaller target. He's more mobile (yes, he is. When he kicks up the force, he moves like hell. You saw him against Dooku!), and can get behind Kyle before he even notices. Kyle: Take this you weird little green... hey... where'd he go? Yoda: The wrath of my new poopchute move, you will feel!
