Taos
I went to my grandma's funeral today and I heard some very sad songs..........I was just curious to know some of the songs you ppl listen to when you are sad.. (I'm not lookin' for sympathy here, but thank you!! ) At the funeral today, I heard "What a Wonderful World" I forget who sings it though........ My second choice is Dave Matthews "My Grace Is Gone"

ForceElf
At my great Uncle's funeral he wrote the script thingy and he had us all sing "I've been working on the railroad" twice now that song always makes me sad somewhat. (If any of you think that this is dumb you can all go to H-E-double hockey sticks)

Datheus
hmm... The Verve Pipe - Freshmen Or whatever it is, I think that's the one.. And: Staind - Waste It's not so much sad as just a downer, it's a pretty powerful song. I guess it's a true story, this kid was a huge fan of them, and he killed himself... His mom showed up at the tour bus when Staind was in town, just crying her eyes out, asking Aaron why.. Also the hidden song on the Dysfunction CD by Staind.. I can't remember what it's normally called though.. "Well, I know the words.. but I can't really speak them to you. And I hide all the pain that I've gained with my wisdom from you... And I'm eaten alive by what I hold inside. All the things that I live with, I can't easily hide. And I'm left here with nothing, nothing to live for.. but you..."
