Do Americans eat much curry?

Just goes to show, I noticed it during a brief trip to the US, you kind of expect everything to be the same, but to use the oldest cliche ever..."it's the little things"

You know that John Travolta speech in Reservoir Dogs about burgers in Europe? Imagine it in reverse :)

On a food channel, I saw a funny guy called the Naked Chef (no, he has clothes on) and he made a curry dish. The guys great! It's funny because he just pours stuff in without measuring it and just throws it into an oven and doesn't time it.

He's English I think.....

I like his style of cooking, but over here he is one of the least popular people in the country, pretty much, tho I don't personally have anything against his cooking!

America and Europe are two different planets in some ways :D

I recommend curry to all you lots that haven't tried it, with the following advice:

:deathstar Don't have a hot curry, start with something mild, trust me on this

:deathstar Have water nearby just incase

:deathstar Mango Chutney isn't as horrible as it sounds

I thought Red Dwarf was really big in the states? Curry is what Lister is obsessed with :D
