Well, any theories? This is a long ago debated topic on the SW boards right before JO was released.

In the NEW EG2C, the description of Kyle says that a prohecy was fulfilled, "A knight shall come, a battle will be fought, and the prisoners go free."

I think Maybe Rahn is related to Kyle, his mother's brother, and the two had midichlorians in them. That way, Kyle got them, even if his mother wasn't a Jedi.

Please post your thoughts.

I think you're missing some word in that. Which book is this?

SftE, RA, JK? I don't have them, but would like to know what it says. That sounds like a midichlorian thing...

well he was a jedi apparition so that must mean he has some force power. or he did know he had them but he dident show it. because kyle would have been a full fledged jedi knight if he did.

What does that word mean? Even I don't know what that is?!

And the way he met Rahn coulda been because of any of the options I gave.

Morgan was a fellow Knight. Morgan met Rahn through his Jedi wife. Rahn was related to Kyle's mother.

It is all guessing I think...

Thank you.

And I forgot the fact that Morgan is a spirit (for idiots like myself :D). He's on Ruusan in JO!!! Duh! We're all idiots.

I'd wish they'd officially clear this all up. Who is Lord Hoth? Isn't he from the JK books? Friend of Morgan somehow???

Who are they? Whoever writes the reference books...

i know theres the MP Morganghost (and NPC) in JO, but i dont remember seeing him ingame, oh well. ive read the DF series, and i believe Lord Hoth, a Jedi Master, known as Defender of the Light, was a leader (if not the leader) of the Army of Light, a large light side army that fought it out with the Brotherhood of Dark on Ruusan. the Brotherhood of Dark, led by Lord Kaan, enveloped the entire battlefield (including the souls and powers of the jedi there) with a large "thought bomb". it was all this trapped power that Jerec was tapping in Jedi Knight. im pretty sure about all of what i just said.

Two thousand years before the movies, Lord Hoth was the general of the Jedi Army of the Light; his Jedi fought against Darth Bane's Sith Brotherhood on Ruusian. The Sith Lords, knowing that their defeat was imminant gathered together and set off a Thoughtbomb, which destroyed all of them along with the Jedi. Only Darth Bane survived and went on to create the Rule of Two. The spirits of Lord Hoth's army and the Sith army were sealed to Ruusian and the place became known as the Valley of the Jedi.

I think Morgan had some latant Force abilities that he never made anything of.

YES YES YES YES YES!

OK, Khaan, if I'm not mistaken, was the rival of Darth Bane. Bane was the only one to survive on Ruusan. Thanks, forgot about that.

*** Memory did serve! The above post confirms this. Thanks.

Silly me, I've always thought he got his force powers from his father.

*shrugs*

Then again, I should know, I've played JK so many times...
