Any programs out there that let you do this? I saw one today, it looked older but I wanted to know if there was any others out there. This one said you could make any type of genre and all the characters and stuff. But it doesn't look that exceptional, I want to make stuff for my owns games and not just edit for others. HELP!:(

I knew there was a piece of software called 'RPG Maker 2000' which included needing loads of files before you could run it. :D

I don't know any good ones of the top of my head, but there might be some good software available here. ;)

There is a good program called "Darkbasic" which from what i've heard is quite powerful, you need to learn a fair bit of programming though.:)

I played around with the demo version a little while and I had great fun with it.:)

Alternatively there are some much easier programs like "The 3d Gamemaker"

Hope this helps you:)

I have RPG Maker 2K.... Within 1 1/2 hours, had accidently invented a working script for allowing a character to morph into an elemental Guardian Spirit... The tutorial is even available on te biggest RPGM2K tutorial hoster.... SWEET! :)

It is good, but can be annoying at times... Cutscenes seemt he worst to do at the mo...

Dark Basic is meant to be SWEEEEEETTTTT!

I keep meaning to get a copy of it myself, but I am too conceptual - never seem to be able to actually create the stuff which I think up. I get a start on it, and it just doesn't do the written idea justice...

But that is wierd ol' me!
