Ok i have a few questions ive been looking over the forums and visited a few sites and i want to know a few things. First off i was wondering to use a double bladed light saber would you need to be ambidextrious to not suffer any penalties or not? Ok second question do you actually have to become a jedi or can you stay a soldier or scoundrel or whatever? Finally i was wondering how leveling would occur would it be more like morrowind III were you just level up skills or is it like gothic were you kill things and complete quets or is it more like eq were you kill a bunch of things and then you gain exp like that. tose are my few questions and i was also wondering about everyones jedi creation what ould you want to look like would you be good or evil or nuetral etc. anyway here is what my jedi would be like when i get this game......

Hair: white or black (long)

Eyes: red

Class: jedi guardian probably i have to experiment with wich i like the most though

Weapons: 2 single bladed sabres 1red and 1gold and if possible i would alo master a double bladed red sabre as well.

Partners: two other badass sith jedi

Most of those have been asked in FAQs.

Yes, wielding 2 saber or double bladed sabers have their advantages, but also have their share of penalties.

You must become a Jedi. It is not required to fall to the Darkside, it is an option.

No clue about leveling up, hopefully easy and maybe better than BG2's...

Also, I will spend a week or so coming up with the best character... That's what I did in BG1 & 2.

Sorry but Sith won't be in your party. It's possible that if you turn Dark maybe one of the NPCs(that we've never heard of) will be an evil Jedi and join you.

But we've seen no out right evil NPCs yet.

Ok i realize this but my actual question is if i were to invest points in being ambidextrious would it affect how well i used a double bladed lightsabre such as the one darth maul used in phantom menace and does anyone haave any ideas about a character id like to here them.

i know that you need the ambidextrious feat selected when you creat your character to be able to handle 2 sabers at once with more ease. and i think with less or no penalties. but i dont know if you need this feat for wielding a double-bladed saber with better performance. i'd assume so. but i dont know for sure, sorry.:)
