You know before JKII was released, in the trailers we would always see what was termed as the "bat sabre". Well, it was removed from the final release, but I reckon we should mod it back in. Basically, you get to choose your bat sabre (they all have different stats), then you all go out onto the playing field. There are a load of Jar Jars lined up in a row. You take your position with your fellow players, and BAM! The person who hits their Jar Jar the farthest wins! Simple, yet fun. There could be variations on this, for example you could all have to hit as many Ewoks as possible back up into a tree, within a time limit.
