Maul was never a Jedi in the first place, thus he cannot become a Dark Jedi. Same with Palpatine.

Sorry guys, I don't have the SW Encyclopedia memorized. The point isn't a semantic argument between "dark jedi" and "sith". The point was whether or not Maul was a TK artist, and the answer to that is "yes".

 

Sith, Dark Jedi, whatever...he's a bad guy :)

Why is it I seem to remember that Palpatine raised Maul from near infancy? Now I have to go do some research of my own.
