Moos, that program I told you to get way back when has a very, very good help library for Cascading Style Sheets and HTML and it plays nice with PHP. Pretty much the only thing that may be confusing are tables, and that is not a big problem.

I also have all kinds of odd code bits lying around. Anything in use on my site's up for grabs if you want it (although I have no db available, so everything uses files on disk. that can be adapted easily enough, though, if you give me ample warning ). I also have some other stuff that's not on my site. When you get to designing, let me know what kinds of things you need and I'll see if I have anything already done you can use.

There also are such programs as cool page that allow you to create site without knowing html....

But those kind of programs confuse the hell out of anyone who doesn't know HTML, and those who do know HTML don't need a program like that. Useless.

I use a program called AceHTML which is pretty nice in my opinion, but I'm going to try some of the programs that has been mentioned here.

All you need is ULTRA EDIT, pretty much. I also have HandyHTML because it lights up the code better than the alternative and picks up when you have html, when CSS, and when PHP and JavaScript. I use ULTRA EDIT when I have to control what kind of line breaks the program sends me.

'Cool Page' doesn't. Its fairly easy in use an requres NO knowledge of HTML.
