There are a few screenshots I haven't seen - fighting on Hoth - as well as what looks like a force push effect that creates a kind of lense distortion. You may have to register to see it all, but it is free.

I ran across the computerandvideogames.com site last night too. It was a little strange to me that the layout was exactly the same - then I noticed the content. The question is becoming, how much more do I really want to know about the game. I still would like to encounter it fresh.

You're right thinking that it's not right! I think the 31 Dec date was just put there for the sake of it, because when we first got wind of a Jedi Outcast sequel the mentioned release date was fall 2003. Perhaps Activision put it on their site really early and haven't bothered to update the information.
Andy867 Posted July 22, 2003 Posted July 22, 2003 I spoke with Kenn Hoesktra, and says that there is no Official release date, other than Fall 2003, and when i checked on Amazon.com, I told him about the September 16th date, and he said that by his guess, it will probably be before then. But he still remarked that it could be anywhere between august and december.

toms Posted July 23, 2003 Posted July 23, 2003 i have NO IDEA what that is supposed to be. these pics are all a bit of a mixed bag... nice graphics in places, but little things wrong that ruin the effect. Snow troopers look cool, but the tauntauns look silly standing on those hills. Dual sabers look cool, but the fact they aren't touching looks silly. THat distortion bubble looks wierd, but maybe it will look better in motion.

Sounds like the same problem as in JO :mad: I want a lightsaber damnit, not a hilt with a glowing thingy floating above it I hope those screens are from earlier builds, because when JA IS coming out in the first half September, it doesn't leave them much time to fix that damn glitch... Really the screenshots don't really look that great, especially the sabers
