Murashu Posted August 9, 2003 Posted August 9, 2003 With all the questions about the PA name I submitted a ticket and talked to CSR-PrestonB tonight who told me that "the" is not allowed in the name of a PA or person. I also asked about the issues with Ass and the naming filter and his response was "[GroupChat] Csr-prestonb tells you, 'I'm very sorry, but if the name filter does not allow the name, then that name cannot be used.'."

You have to admit, just the plain Associates is really bland. The Associates, would have been better. If that's the case, why can TIO, The Imperial Order, have "The" in their name?

Deft Aklin Posted August 9, 2003 Posted August 9, 2003 When the PA leader places the hall they have two setting. One for PA name (The Associates) and one for the PA tag. Your previous PA tag of =A= will not work as no symbols are allowed, but you can use up to five letters, making (ASSOC) a possibility. I do not believe that will get filtered. You also have to make sure to use the Structure control module to pay maintenance and change the name of the hall from ([Ownersname]'s house). The maintenance on the hall is 50 credits an hour, or 1,200 credits a day. Just some friendly advice.
