It's how the original games worked. CRTL-T isn't a feature of DREAMM, you'll find the details in the original game manual. If you want a GUI with different options for each game, then ScummVM is probably your best bet. DREAMM is about emulating the original games and hardware accurately rather than giving them a front-end. Different aims. (And why I love DREAMM so much.)

The more I look at everyone's lists, the more I think you can make arguments for placements anywhere. Just look at Maniac Mansion: Reasons for "perfection": It revolutionised a genre It has a crazy amount of solutions and endings, especially for the time The story is great (for the time) There's so much to do and fun things to discover, especially for 1987 It's funny Reasons for "nah": The interface is painful to use There's not really any characterisation by today's standards The puzzles are too obtuse by today's standards There's dead ends It's ugly I think both of these lists are true. For me, I value puzzle characters and story, as well as puzzle logic, but I'm pretty ruthless and unforgiving about the context they were released in.

Apparently you can edit the labels... I just updated my list to better reflect how I feel about the games. Still not 100% sure about Loom's placement though. These lists are so tricky!

That's great to hear. I've been threatening to redo the entire site for years -- that stupid fixed background bug, lol. I even started a proper Fate of Atlantis guide. I hate game guides for adventure games, but with Last Crusade I think a guide like mine is essential if you want to enjoy it. It's got so much fun hidden beyond the tricky action sequences.

Yes, if we're able to walk around Melee it's going be pretty incredible. I will actually take the time to learn how to play the damned game in the first place! Fingers crossed.

I suspect you're right. Never in a million years would I say that face had one iota of Guybrushness, but it's probably a game limitation. (I'm half suspecting there to be a plot twist that reveals it's NOT Guybrush to be honest, that's how little he looks like Guybrush to me). He looks like Guybrush of Nazareth... And the Voodoo Lady is the same.

Fair. Don't get me wrong, I'm super happy this exists. Not so fussed about the story (which I'm expecting to be weak) but the idea of walking around the islands in 3D is a dream. I will definitely play and try it, even if Ron wasn't consulted and Guybrush looks like he's be recast by way of Ecce Mono.

He looks terrible. There's definitely a through line of what Guybrush looks like between the games (ignoring, of course the first Special Editions which doesn't exist), especially since his look has been established more and more in higher definition: A long thin face, with a blond side parting and a straight nose. He's unrecognisable here. I can only assume it's a limitation of the game engine.

This is a super-smart tie in... but who the fuck is this, because it sure isn't Guybrush. (And Corina doesn't look right, either.) Ha!
