  4. So I see, my messages aren't going to you either? I want to cry. ;_;

  5. Whar is you you silly girl >:[

  6. :D

Get on Skypez, much to discuss

  7. Updated your thread with my faction, even before they updated their main site's news section with the info. Now we're definitely fast. :D

  8. Mm, looks very interesting. Can't say I'm very surprised, but it's great all the same! Thanks for the update! ;)

  9. Agreed with Endorenna, classy avatar

  10. And anyways, MSN/AIM/Gtalk/Skype?

  11. Hmm, not sure about that. I finished my first long campaign today (fancy that! :D ) and I liked how the game became difficult when you had to turn on the other Roman factions. But I guess the single Roman faction should be easier and perhaps even sensible in gameplay. :D

  12. Yay! :D

How do Roma Surrectum and Total Realism affect the campaign? Do they just add over their changes onto the campaign or do they Transform The Very Face Of The Earth™?

  13. Been there, but there's nothing like the ol' personal word o' advice, eh? :D

  14. Aye, I need to try the mods. Which ones would you recommend for RTW? I've heard Total Realism should be the first or something?

  15. Agreed!

Though IMO, LucasArts should license the engine and work on it a bit. I'd love to see Star Wars in Total War style! Should be pretty awesome to recreate the Clone Wars and such. :D

  16. Where do you think Total War would/should go next? I'd like to see a World War game with Total War, but am not sure if both wars could be implemented. If WWI is implemented alone, it'll feel tool similar to Empire, and if WWII is used, I guess it'll leave something of a gap in the middle. :D

Alternately, the series could go back in history to Rome II, but I don't want to see a sequel to Rome yet, it'll be too repetitive. I'd rather settle for some exotic culture, like China, or better yet, Mongol: Total War. :D That should be totally awesome!

  17. Really, I didn't know that. I admit I was a bit jarred when I first heard Romans speak in English and Barbarians with an accent. :D Still, it wasn't so badly executed and added really well to the atmosphere. How was it handled in Medieval II? Did they have native language, or the English-for-all approach?

Uniforms look well so far, nothing out of the ordinary. Darnit I'm so excited! :D

  18. Ichi the Killer was awesome though

  19. Thanks mate! You've been doing a fantastic job on the updates, I wanted to say that on the thread, but I didn't find anything else to say to go with it. >.>

I'm surprised by the level of detail The Creative Assembly uses when making their video games. All of the provinces have been faithfully recreated. Quite unlike Age of Empires III's Indians, who spoke Hindi in an English accent and involved the most bizarre and exotic warriors fighting side-to-side, like Urumi Warriors and Rajputs wearing those sword-gauntlets 24/7. :D

  20. You say that you have a dog? Yes, a villain of a one, said Clesippus. And he has puppies? Yes, and they are very like himself. And the dog is the father of them? Yes, he said, I certainly saw him and the mother of the puppies come together. And is he not yours? To be sure he is. Then he is a father, and he is yours; ergo, he is your father, and the puppies are your brothers.

Unpublished punchline: You are therefore, a son of a bitch. FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFUUUUUUUUUU- said Clesippus and exploded in a shower of beans.

  21. Y-Y-You're alive! :drop2:
