LOL. No apology necessary. And I guess that counts as strike two, as I wasn't trying to single you out (should've framed THAT better as well).
I thought it was interesting that the main quest could be completed that quickly. I didn't intend to imply that I felt that it was in any way indicative of the quality of the whole game.

...for when you get back. Take a few minutes and listen to the interview, if you have time. Scary or awesome?

Melee/Unarmed feels like cheating after a while. Except when it comes to Deathclaws and/or Cazadors
My gripe with the DLC is that they break immersion. I really liked the stories of the three I played and, to your point, thought they were tied together well.
Decided last night that I can probably get three of the four remaining GRA achievements this time around. I'll need to do another Caesar's Legion character to get the last one, so my "one more playthrough" got bumped to "two more playthroughs". Wish I had made the decision sooner, as I've not been hoarding components for time bombs (which I'll need to kill cazadors) . The new DLC "enhances" the Legion Assassin Squad function so that they don't just come at you once anymore.

Me: "I think you're really going to like The Survivalist."
You: "About my favorite part of Honest Heart, or any of the DLC for that matter, has been the story of Randall Dean Clark."
I totally called it
So sad that the guy that wrote him isn't at Obsidian anymore.
P.S. DM is the only DLC that you cannot return to after you leave. If you wrap up the "main story" you can still come back (or not leave in the first place).

There are already reports that it will be closed from 11am-1pm for Mr. Bush's private "storytime and nappy-poo"

That last section in DM is hard. MCA mentioned in an interview that DM is kinda-sorta his punishment for "soft" gamers, who've come to rely on strategy guides, etc. My first time though, I went everywhere because I wasn't sure what was important. The second time through, I knew that the quests would take me everywhere, so I was able to sit back and trust my quest log. I did the same for my first run through OWB and found that I only got to see about 1/2
...which I should've known better than to do considering that HH kinda does the same thing (note to mimi: You may want to take time to explore in HH or you won't see everything ). I think you're really going to like The Survivalist.
