22 hours into OWB and all I did was the main quest.

Also, between the Bowie knife in LR and Medicine Stick in GRA, I think I may have another Cowboy Courier run before I'm finished.

Dead Money first, but after you've exhausted all the "Father Elijah" options with Veronica (and possibly McNamara, if you feel like role playing it). Then Old World Blues (for back story on key players in Dead Money), then Honest Hearts, and finally Lonesome Road. That's slightly out of order, but I'm not sure why HH belongs between DM and OWB. I have one more character planned to hit all 4 DLC (and level 50), but after that I think FONV is going to go on the shelf for a while.

Re: DXHR, I'll pick up the other pack tonight, but 4 playthroughs is enough until the "real" DLC comes out next month.

P.S. Plan on getting at least 5 levels out of each DLC. I think I got almost 7 out of Dead Money.

Yeesh. All that back and forth over which pre-order to buy vs. which one I actually got and now they are both up for sale as DLC. Think I'll pick up the one I don't already have when I get home tonight.

Finished Dead Money at about 3am. I think I appreciated it more the 2nd time around (first time through was with a character that couldn't really take advantage of any of the featured skills). Gave Veronica Elijah's message and Vera's dress. Trying to figure out where I'm going to sell 70k+ caps worth of Pre-war money.

Took Logan's Loophole which caps me at level 30. Hit 27 right before coming back and I still have OWB ahead. Also, haven't even been to the Strip yet and I planned on recruiting Arcade this time 'round too.

Doing BoS/Veronica's missions for the first time. Feels weird.

Got my first glimpse at the perks for DLC4. Really excited about my next build.

I'm actually about 15 hours into my Old World Blues run (fell behind thanks to NWN2 and DX). I hope to wrap that up by this weekend and then make time for a Lonesome Road run. I have to tell you though, the holotapes thing seems kinda lame. We'll have to wait and see I guess.

EDIT: Yes, I've played the other DLC. Played DM once and HH twice, though I plan on doing both DM and OWB for this character.

Well after several days of hemming and hawing over a plate of sour grapes, I eventually convinced myself that I really wanted the Explosive pack (since it seemed that any hope of getting the Tactical pack has gone bye-bye). Came home and input the code.

The card reads "Explosive Mission Pack", however the code registers as "Tactical Pack".

Goddamnit.

I've put it off for a while, but I'm finally installing Deus Ex. I'm sure you'll be home before I've slept again. Have a good weekend too

Went to a different BB today. Opened every copy they had. All had the wrong pre-order code. They gave me a 10% refund so kudos to them, but I'm still a little pissed.

So...do we interpret this uber-proactive response to Irene as the difference between an effective FEMA and an ineffective one (i.e. lessons learned from Katrina/Rita)? Went to BB. It took them 20 minutes to confirm that the code I got was indeed not the correct one. They agreed to open a new package and exchange my item. Except they're all out of PC copies of DX. So now I get to go to another BB later today or tomorrow.

Oh, and I got back in time to get a response from Square Enix. Dear customer, yes we have pre-order bonuses. This store has this one and that store has that one. Please make sure you order from the right store. Oh, and you have to activate your preorder before you play or it won't work. If that doesn't resolve your issue, go blow it out your ***. Reached out to Square Enix on Tuesday. Wednesday I got told that I'd have a response within 48 hours. Nothing yet. Just called Best Buy and they said that they would exchange the game and hopefully it would have the correct code. I feel like I'm about to completely waste my lunch hour.
