reaper1576 Posted September 21, 2003 Posted September 21, 2003 Anyone know when the tools for JA will be avalible? and will the next version of GTK support JA
Psyk0Sith Posted September 21, 2003 Posted September 21, 2003 You mean this?: http://www.lucasfiles.com/?s=&action=category&id=61
Matthewd Posted September 21, 2003 Posted September 21, 2003 No, I think he's talking about the full release that will have the stuff that the JK2 tools had, JAradiant, BehaveEd, ShaderEd, MP code. I would assume that GTK will support JA.
ASk Posted September 21, 2003 Posted September 21, 2003 I would estimate about 3 weeks to 1.5 months after release date

idontlikegeorge Posted September 21, 2003 Posted September 21, 2003 How can you make a .def file? Thinking it over, I figure I could use the JO .def files with the npc_**** file, to spawn in certain additions - but vehicle spawning is slightly different (npc spawn vehicle instead of npc spawn) - I just want to be able to spawn in a drivable swoop at least in my third-party maps. It can really expand the potential, and (cross my fingers) these additions in JA will help prevent the SP modding to not go the way JOSP modding did...
Wudan Posted September 21, 2003 Posted September 21, 2003 Well if some lame dev company would give y'all the SP source, you could do pretty much ANYTHING you wanted
razorace Posted September 22, 2003 Posted September 22, 2003 Are you talking about the way SP isn't suppose to use QVMs because it's hardcoded?
