ZBomber
Ok.... uh... I have a song I want on my ocmputer (Into the Trap from the Star Wars Trilogy CD Collection) I put the CD in, rip it off the cd in Windows Media Player, and the file becomes a wma. Now, I want to put this in a map I'm making, and it needs to be an mp3. So, does anyone know aprogram that turns wma's into mp3s, or be able to rip them off a CD as a mp3? Any help would be apprecitaed.
BongoBob
I used a converter called Ace High WMA MP3 converter(or something like that, it was definatly Ace High though) that I used for THPS3. I have also used it for JKII and JA:) Hope this helps;)
Ratmjedi
Well if you want you can try getting the song from Real One Player cause you have the option of making whatever you rip off a CD to a WMA or a MP3. I use that now when I want to copy CD's to my computer now. I also got this other program called "Power MP3 WMA Convertor" which I found before Real One Player. I still have the trial version so it only lets me convert one song at a time but if you want you can buy and do as many song's as you'd like. You could probally find it on Cnet.com so you can get that or Real One Player which is free. Hope that helped.
ZBomber
I have RealOne player, so i'll try that. If I can't get it to work, I'll try the ACE program, and if not, I'll try the Power Program! ^_^ Thanks guys.

Tyrion
http://w1.878.telia.com/~u87812405/ Works great for ripping audio tracks off CD's. (And you can set it to a few different output types, such as mp3, wma, and wav)
BCanr2d2
You can use something like CDex to rip a CD, or you can change the settings from withing Windows Media Player to rip to MP3 and not to a WMA......
