toms
I know a lot of people here visit Penny Arcade, but for those that don't: They are doing a really cool Amazon Wish List for Seattle Childrens Hospital, which to me sounds like a great idea. Not only does it help some kids, it also gives a chance for gamers to get some good press for a change. However Gabe says it much better than me so head over to Penny Arcade and check it out. (its the last post on the page) It appealed to me as it was a chance to feel like i was actually giving something concrete to someone who deserved it, which somehow feels better than just giving money to some big charity and not actually knowing where it goes. (although that is cool too.) They also have a paypal account for those ebay fanatics out there. PS/ it'd be nice if the mods could make this sticky for a week or so. Troopr-Undr-Fir
well since they don't seem to think it needs one...I'll put it in my cannon and shoot it to the top . This is really cool and what X-mas is all about. I might think about doing this along with the toys for tots thing going on in my local mall . ZBomber
Every year, my mom and I go to toy shops, and buy hundreds of dollars of toys for familys who do not have enough money to celebrate Christmas. We'll have to chech this out, too.

Father Torque
Ah yes, I have heard about this. Sounds like a great idea. I live in the Seattle area so, and my uncle works at the Childrens Hospital. I will gladly donate to the foundation. I think its a great way to help kids, while having fun at the same time. Good idea on sticking this leXX;) . Also, im gonna join this special program, that allows me to chat and become a friend with another person in a 3rd world country. The thing that is cool, is that I send over gifts and money. And he sends me letters, and pictures he has drawn. It shall be very neet. And also, I want to get into the Habitat for Humanity progam, where I and others go and build small houses for the less fortunate, as a christmas gift. Surfnshannon
I bought one of the Ocean Wonders Aquarium for them. When my son was NICU I saw a lot of sick babies at the Children's Hospital. Those kids deserve it. My son also has this aquarium and he loves it. Hopefully another baby will enjoy it as well.
