Got it? Please...I really suck when it comes to science and the like. Ye wha...? Are you insane? Maybe not on small air-bus flights or the like, but certainly on the long-haul flights. Yeah well all the BA flights I've been on have never had anything to do.

It depends on how long your flight is. I flew to NZ about 5weeks ago and you don't need food. But I got food anyway.

IG-64
I was really surprised at the services of BA, great entertainment and good food. I ate chicken teriaki for dinner and really good yogurt for breakfast. The entertainment was awsome too, I watched Freaky Friday and Matchstick Men and Seabuiscut and a little bit of Finding Nemo all on this little personal tv screen in front me, and when you coudn't find a good movie on you just flipped over to the map channel for a live feed tracking system showing where you are on the world and your altitude and time of destination and outside temperature and time 'till your arrival. My ears are still poppy, even after some sleep, and i'm still a little bewildered and not really back to the routine of my house yet. London was great, I was guided through the london tower which I still say it isn't a tower . And I saw a cathedral in exeter, really awsome but pretty spooky, dead guys everywhere. And I saw Big Ben, it was a little bit shorter than I expected but cool to see nonetheless. I saw a castle on a mountain/island but couldn't get close to it, I drove by buckingham palace, and I saw the sherlock holmes musem. The LotR exibit was awsome but, sorry guys, no cameras allowed. London really isn't a place you want to live though, it's hard to find anything good and cheap to eat and theres too much walking you have to do. I think I used just about every mode of tranportation exept for bike and boat, I travelled by plane, train, taxi, bus, elevator, escelator, conveyor, and underground tube. Too many times have I heard "Mind the gap" or "Mind the step" or sometimes "Mind your head" I was about to go insane, mind the gap, mind the gap, mind the gap, AHHH! I went to Harrods and bought juggling balls and a harmonica from the snooty guys and I think I was allergic to something there (possibly the artificial sweetner in the cokes) because I kept itching all the time, and am still itching. I was happy to be there and see all the fantastic things and i'm happy to be home too, now I just need to wait for the computer building to begin . KotoR is still on that same spot on the desk... Waiting... My presious...

Yeah, when I was last on a flight I saw Down with Love about a month before the world premiere My ears are still poppy, even after some sleep, and i'm still a little bewildered and not really back to the routine of my house yet. Yeah, it's called jet lag London was great, I was guided through the london tower which I still say it isn't a tower . And I saw a cathedral in exeter, really awsome but pretty spooky, dead guys everywhere. I guess you don't have too many really old buildings in the States. I'm very used to Cathedrals, having seen loads in my time (and the fact one is just down the road from me). And I saw Big Ben, it was a little bit shorter than I expected but cool to see nonetheless. We managed to score a tour up Westminster Clock Tower (Big Ben is actually the name of the bell) in the Summer - this is not easy, they are very choosy about who they let go up. It's incredible when you see Big Ben, in fact there are 5 bells, Big Ben being the biggest. We were then when it chimed, and let me tell you it's the loudest thing I've ever heard - incredible nonetheless The LotR exibit was awsome but, sorry guys, no cameras allowed. Had a feeling that might happen. I believe there are pictures on TheOneRing.net though... London really isn't a place you want to live though, it's hard to find anything good and cheap to eat and theres too much walking you have to do. Yeah, London is very expensive. Imagine being a student there! I know a few people who go to various Universities there, and it costs them a bomb. Heh, it is an old English joke after all I went to Harrods and bought juggling balls and a harmonica from the snooty guys and I think I was allergic to something there (possibly the artificial sweetner in the cokes) because I kept itching all the time, and am still itching. I hate Harrods, there are a million better things to do in London. I was happy to be there and see all the fantastic things and i'm happy to be home too, now I just need to wait for the computer building to begin . KotoR is still on that same spot on the desk... Waiting... My presious... Glad you enjoyed it! Come back some time

You didn't miss much, the forums have been down for ages. I saw Freaky Friday on Sunday, its Ok as far as movies go. Sounds like BA were much better than they were when I flew BA to Italy. My ears are still poppy, even after some sleep, and i'm still a little bewildered and not really back to the routine of my house yet. Hehe. I had my ears popping for 2 weeks last time I flew. The Tower of London is a tower! Well...kind of. Did you see the Crown Jewels inside it? Cathedrals are pretty boring as far as I'm concerend. Nothing too special, but do you have massive ones in the US? Big Ben is fairly small, I must admit the first time I saw it (years and years ago) it seemed small to what I had expected. The LotR exibit was awsome but, sorry guys, no cameras allowed. Must be to avoid people distibuting stuff on the net so they don't lose money. And its finished now and I never went. Damn school. Some of us already live there. And perhaps thats why I couldn't recommend any good cheap places in the PM. The only cheap place I can think of right now is McDonalds. Hehe. I hate those computer timed voices and signs. Its almost as if they think we're stupid. lmao I went to Harrods and bought juggling balls and a harmonica from the snooty guys and I think I was allergic to something there (possibly the artificial sweetner in the cokes) because I kept itching all the time, and am still itching. Harrods rip you off just like all London stores. If you go to Wales or somewhere you can get the same thing for £20 less! I was happy to be there and see all the fantastic things and i'm happy to be home too, now I just need to wait for the computer building to begin . KotoR is still on that same spot on the desk... Waiting... My presious... Just wait until you install KOTOR. From that moment on you can say goodbye to your social life.
