guildenstern
Hi alls, this is a quick note for those folks I used to hang out with here and might be interested in some news. I haven't been online in a looong time, because I moved to a new place and was to poor to get a connection. So, much has happened since I last saw you all! Hmm, I'm getting ready to move again soon, but I don't yet have a place that I'm going. O_o I might go back with my parents (puke) or I might stay with a friend for a bit. I have a most amazign boyfriend with whom I'm totally in love. Couldn't ask for anyone better, and wouldn't want to. He's so great. n_n We plan on getting married... sometime. Hopefully soon! He went home to visit his parents in Calgary, and I'm going to be going on Saturday...tomorrow! I can't wait. The reason I'm not looking for permanent place to live is because I won't need it for too long. I'm going to Japan in August! Sugoi desu yo! I'm going with Seth (true love) and my friend Andrea. We're going for 2 years. ^_^ Seth has been there already and speaks fluent Japanese; I am learning, and have already learned to read 3 of 4 writing systems! w00t! Or 2 of 3, if you don't count furigana as being its own system.... Anyhoo. I currently have 5 pets! Had six a few days ago, but Speedy, the Giant Snail died.... ah well. Now I have a cat and four mice. Kawai. Hm, what else is new? Ah, my sister is adopting a child! That will be great. ^_^ They still can't agree on a name though but it will be a little girl. ^_^ I will be an auntie! That's all I can think of for being new right now - oh no wait, there's more. I quit my suckass job at Superstore, worked at a cafe for a bit, but then got hired at Claire's 4 months ago. Just a few days ago I became the Assistant Manager! Wahoo! Raise! And lots of extra responsibility, dang, and paperwork too. So much to do. But it's lots of fun, I love it. Now that's all I can think of! Hope to see you again soon, and maybe I can get online more in the future! Baibai --g. ~L. <

Commander 598
You ponder the universe to much. It's a misprint, it should read "72 virgils".
Ray Jones
Originally posted by Zoom Rabbit I've been sitting in the middle of my floor, wondering how if there is only one God and one heaven you've already found the answer to that question, man.. and there are seventy-two virgins waiting there every muslim martyr...how can it be said that they are virgins? there is only one way.. you'll have to trust the guy who checked it out. I mean, wouldn't the first dude spoil that part for the rest of them? depends.. what's with smoking handrolled havannas? ...And if they remain virgins because the martyrs never get to sleep with them, how can that be said to be heaven? just imagine.. no comercials like "experienced woman are waiting for you ... call o nine double o sexsex sexsex sexsex .. NOW!" anymore. on the other hand.. who would they be waiting for? So many questions... isnt the question part of the answer?

Zoom Rabbit
Well, well...howdy to you, too, little cowpoke! Ray: Actually the whole virgins in heaven thing is handily explained by either time travel or quantum parallel universes. Also, a hand-rolled 'Havana' is nothing compared to a hand-rolled 'Humboldt.' What was the question again, or was that just it?

Zoom Rabbit
Ah, but you do your job so well... My internet access has been sporadic and unreliable of late. Note: whenever the words 'free' and 'firewall' come together in the future...RUN! Vote for John Kerry. You could do worse.

Have them name her Cheryl after the woman on Curb Your Enthusiasm. And congratulations on your success as the rest of us sit here cold, lonely, and um.. cold.
