Barcrest Posted October 1, 2004 Posted October 1, 2004 Pilots repair stuff... If you want more health or ammo go to a spawn point (CP) and the 2 droids you always find there will help you out. The tall one gixes you health and the short one (Gonk) gives you ammo.

When my vehicle is damaged I have been landing and jumping out to repair it. Which gets to be a pain in the ass if I have a snowspeeder with a bot sitting in it. If I don't get back in withing 10 seconds the bot tries to take over the snowspeeder and fly away.

TK-8252 Posted October 1, 2004 Posted October 1, 2004 You never run out of ammo completely, except with the Wookiee Smuggler. All classes either have unlimited ammo or a back-up blaster pistol for when your primary weapon is out of ammo. But the Wookiee Smuggler doesn't seem to have a back-up weapon.
Micahc Posted October 1, 2004 Posted October 1, 2004 since this is a question thread and im to lazy to go on the faq 1 I'll post my question here! -how entertaining is it blasting gungans and seeing how far the fly? it has always been a dream of mine to be a droid deka and watching as a gungan flies through the stratosphere screaming cries of pain, anguish and the fact that he was married and had 5 children that i also slaughtered!!!

How entertaining? It's as entertaining as blasting Ewoks to bits with your AT-ST! In other words VERY ENTERTAINING!!!

Iceman_IX Posted October 1, 2004 Posted October 1, 2004 Just run up to the droid and wait. It's pretty nice and quick. Once you start walking away, his range is also pretty good. So you can walk away before the last ammo dump happens (red rings)
JawaJoey Posted October 2, 2004 Posted October 2, 2004 Or a pilot can dispense neat little powerups that restore health and ammo. Enemies sometimes drop ammo packs too. They're the ones that aren't bacta. One thing about ammo powerups and the gonk droids, they only fill your non-clip ammunition. ie if you have 5 shots left in a 60 shot clip, with 100 out of 200 shots extra, you should reload, that way you'll get 55 more shots than if you just left you clip with just 5. (Who would do that anyways?)
