Use Kotor Tool and you will see it is much simpler. Look for a item creation tutorial using KT.

T7nowhere
Find a game item and modify that. So if you want a new blaster then open KT and go to BIFs-->templates.bif-->blueprint,Item-->g_w_blstrpstl001 double click the file and the item editor will pop up. Once you have your item with new properties give ite a unique name and drop it in override.
Darkkender
whichh gff editor are you using? I would highly recomend dl'ing kotor tool. This will allow you to look at existing item files and manipulate them easily. then you can save your new file and access it from the gff editor and make changes that are outside of kotor tools bounds. If you need further help PM me.

Sorry i'm such a pain and have so many questions That wouldn't be that hard, make a jedi robe, give it those bonuses, the 100% immunities, then add a disguise property to make it look like a Mandalorian.
