Does anyone know how to get certain pictures smaller so they can fit into the picture boxs because some times i wanted certain thing to fit in they and it ends up cutting out most of the picture.

Paint is very very basic but if the only thing you want to do is resize, you can go to the Image menu and select Stretch and Skew (make sure you keep proportions).

I did what you said Darth 333 and it s come up

what does this mean?

Paint's default save format is .bmp... I don't believe you can use that format as an avatar. See if you can save (or save as...) a .gif or .jpg file.

 

It can only be 70x70 pixels and no larger than 20kb in size...

There it is in 70 x 66. I did try to clear it up a bit, but thats the best I could do without the background ruining the pic. Perhaps you/someone else could sharpen it up better. Take it if you want, it is yours after all.
