NiKo Posted January 4, 2005 Author Posted January 4, 2005 Hell, I remember I had a whole game project called Legend of Lechuck, and it was going really well untill I got a letter asking me to stop. oh well
Fender Posted January 5, 2005 Posted January 5, 2005 Yeah, you are correct Neil. It never really got past the drawing board to be honest. NiKo did some character drawings, GB wrote a script, I did nothing except sort of pester people. It was a cracking script though, and I want to read it again.

What a project! I remember the prime objective was to get Noob (the main character) to see XeroScape (been so long I'm not even sure if that's how he spelled it), and wake him up from his seemingly perpetual slumber (the damn guy never posted). That way, Noob would no longer be deemed a Noob. Hell, I even remember we'd have NiKo make a signature for Noob so he'd be able to get enough respect to talk to certain members, and enter certain threads. *smells the air* Ah, the aroma of nostalgia.

I guess this means you don't have it then ..... I'm guessing ill be getting old computers out of boxes to llok for it then.
NiKo Posted January 9, 2005 Author Posted January 9, 2005 btw, does the main character in my comics resemble me at all? I mean, most jokes in the strips are based on real life events, but I dont know if the character looks anything like me nor am I sure if i WANT him to resemble me sorry for the weirdo smile:o
Feral Posted January 9, 2005 Posted January 9, 2005 Nah, your eyes aren't dark enough and your hair isn't so disorderly. I have a caricature of me in the Bretty & Feral cartoon that did resemble me until my hair got longer. Edit: finally found a recent pic where I'm not wearing women's clothing. Normally my hair is curly to Frank Furter proportions but I'd had it straightened earlier that night...and I'm singing, I don't have an overbite
NiKo Posted January 9, 2005 Author Posted January 9, 2005 Originally posted by Feral Nah, your hair isn't so disorderly. It was when I drew the character. it grew since then. dont know about the eyes though... who is your prison bitch in the pic? edit: here's a more serious-faced picture, without the butthole smile. I was mainly trying to capture my *paleness *big eyebrows *bags under my eyes
Feral Posted January 9, 2005 Posted January 9, 2005 In that case, I see your point. Yeah, he kinda looks like you. The other guy is Bretty or Bretty & Feral fame.
NiKo Posted January 17, 2005 Author Posted January 17, 2005 Just did this one now. i'm not too crazy about it, but oh well. my step sister had her 14th Birthday today
toenail1 Posted January 17, 2005 Posted January 17, 2005 Nice. That one made me take a trip to the international house of rofls (sorry, I had to say rofl...).
Skinkie Posted January 18, 2005 Posted January 18, 2005 That one people you know? The main character looks like you. Is it supposed to be? Is this some sort of creating a cool attitude you wish you could really have in public and putting it into a cartoon likeness of you? I draw stuff like that sometimes.

I'm not sure, but let's all analyze it carefully. *squints* P.S. It struck my chuckle bone. No not that chuckle bone.

Skinkie Posted January 19, 2005 Posted January 19, 2005 Maybe it's cool to be a cynical loser. Better than being a washed up bozo.
Joshi Posted January 20, 2005 Posted January 20, 2005 Nice comic, although the way she was going on about it, I was expecting the cake to be full of LSD or something.
NiKo Posted January 20, 2005 Author Posted January 20, 2005 well, she really did go on about it for a good 30 minutes. jeesh
TheOutrider Posted February 1, 2005 Posted February 1, 2005 I can't stop laughing, its starting to hurt... *explodes* Keep em coming Niko.
NiKo Posted February 16, 2005 Author Posted February 16, 2005 I tried a new style. tell me if you preffer the old one or this one btw, I am now doing a weekly comic strip in the papers edit: I just noticed, the guy who colored the strip did the punchline wrong. It was suposed to be 'Not much' or 'very little' oh well
Fender Posted February 16, 2005 Posted February 16, 2005 They are both good, but I prefer the old style to be honest. Congratulations though on the Comic/Paper Gig Effort Though!
Joshi Posted February 17, 2005 Posted February 17, 2005 The old one was more stylised, I'd go for that one. (not that this one isn't good, it looks great, but compared to the other one...)
NiKo Posted February 27, 2005 Author Posted February 27, 2005 some new ones I though I'd share. more to come
Kjølen Posted February 27, 2005 Posted February 27, 2005 Hmmm, I gotta try that last one. First I have to start seeing a shrink. Excellent. *Rubs hands together* Speaking of SHRINK, I liked the urinal comic. Funny. Congrats on the paper comic.
DrMcCoy Posted February 28, 2005 Posted February 28, 2005 ...But why does this psycho-guy have such a strange "accent"?
