Fred Tetra
Do you like watching company logos galore before you get to play a game? Do you leave that sort of thing turned on, even when there's a way to stop it? If so, go back to the forum now. Stop reading. Still here? Open your Kotor 2 Movies directory. You're going to replace two files; Leclogo.bik and ObsidianEnt.bik. If you want to preserve your original files, rename them now. Now unzip this file to the directory. When you start Kotor 2, you won't have to watch the logo movies. If you want things to get going even faster, alter your shortcut (desktop or start menu) for Kotor 2 to have "swkotor2.exe" as the target instead of "launcher.exe". Darth333
This is quite useful when we have to constantly reload your game to test mods! Thanks
ChAiNz.2da
Thanks Fred! This is one mod I won't hesitate to play through TSL completely before I use it! and as Darth333 had said, when it comes time for modding, this is going to be a very welcomed tweak... T7nowhere
Leave it to a programer to make this kind of solution. All I do to remove the company logos is to delete them I did that with KotOR and every EA game I have ever owned. But this is good for all those people that like to do things the safe way. Fred Tetra
Normally, I would delete the files, too. However, many applications employ "Success-Based Programming", which is to say that they expect files to be where they should, "just because." After all, the installer should have placed them there, right? My way is just a slightly safer way of doing it.

CTOAN
Repointing the shortcut for KOTOR 1 to SWKOTOR.exe works like a charm. Didn't bother with changing the pictures, though...
