Vikinor
Well is there a problem with late night?
lukeiamyourdad
Yes, you're supposed to be sleeping...or very tired... Besides, known fact, saturday morning cartoons have gone down the drain. They're in a state of suckage.
Boba Rhett
How very true. I remember waking up early saturday morning, barely able to contain my glee, as a colorful banquet of toons would play out before me for 6+ hours. They were almost all great too. I dunno what happened but everything went to heck very fast.
Vikinor
Well I do agree with Saturday morning cartoons or whatever. They all suck now. During the summertime when there is no school and if you don't have a job then you could stay up late and watch the good stuff. BUT BE WARNED KIDDIES IF YOU GO TO THE WRONG CHANNELS YOU WILL SEE SOME VERY WRONG STUFF!
Vikinor
You pay me some good money and I'll get you one. What channel exactly are you talking about with the good stuff on Saturday morning? I guess it doesn't matter because EVERYTHING that comes on Saturday morning is stupid. You should all stay up late and watch Adult Swim on Saturday night. Now theres the good stuff. Good things come to those who wait from Saturday morning to Saturday night.
Vikinor
Like the pokemon and yugio stuff?
Mike Windu
Harrumph. There are no good Saturday morning cartoons I'm afraid... But they did have that Spongebob marathon that started at noon a couple days ago...

That was a fun day, especially considering the ungodly amount of painkillers I had taken.
Mike Windu
Wait, are you saying SB causes pain? blasphemer! Or are you just saying you were drugged up Either way, I'm filling this thread up with SB quotes! "Hey Patrick, I thought of something funnier than 24." "Let's hear it." "25." El Sitherino
Originally posted by Mike Windu are you just saying you were drugged up That's the one. I still like mermaid man and barnacle boy IV. (I think it's IV, the one where they ditch spongebob and he ends up popping the dirty bubble)
Mike Windu
Haha. The Manray episode was great too. But I like Idiot Box, where they buy a TV and use the box. "I have more imagination in one tentacle than you two have in your whole bodies." "Good! Now all you need is a box!" and "Spongebob, I can't feel my legs; you're gonna havta cut them off." "I can't do that Patrick." "Why not?" "Because... I already chopped off my own arms!" Or the fine dining episode "Come on let's go let's go what do you think I'm paying you for?" "You don't pay me. We don't even exist. We're just a clever visual metaphor used to personify the abstract concept of thought." "One more crack like that and you're outta here!" "No! Please! I have 3 kids!" I know all this from memory.... and .wav files... I've got about 70 of em...

TheOutrider
Oh I remember most of those toons, those were good day good days, one of my favorite old toons was Bugs Bunny, I still love mimicking the carrot eating thing But I used to always wake up on a Saturday morning, " Ah what a wonderful day to watch toon", but now there are no good ones

Mike Windu
That defeats the purpose of Bugs Bunny He was awesome. and no matter what you all say, Space Jam was a damn good movie. Welcome to the Space Jam, here's your chance do your dance at the Space Jam...

TheOutrider
Space Jam was hilarious if I remember correctly. Those good ol shows had nice easy antics, but now they are gone and the world of television is crumbling, what oh what shall we do?

Mike Windu
I just posted the lyrics dude. Kinda like Bugs Bunny when Elmer asks him if he's seen a rabbit and he says "bout this high, really long ears, bounces around like so?" "YEAH YEAH!" "Never heard of 'im."
