You may also want to download the Kamino Visual Style/guiKIT (V1). Download for Mac or Windows at (http://www.louiemantia.com/?page_id=6). The visual style needs a uxtheme patch (http://www.neowin.net/forum/index.php?showtopic=140707) and the guiKIT needs Shapeshifter (http://www.unsanity.com/haxies/shapeshifter/). My guess would be that's because he's running some kind of shell client or virtual desktop I'd advise against asking what that is. I'm using a program to use shadows, a program for the dock, and a program for the large "panther-like" icons. Search for 'Longhorn Transformation Pack' on Google. It has some pretty sleek looking skins. But it modifies your system, so if you're planning on uninstalling, keep your WinXP CD handy.
