LukeKatarn Posted April 2, 2005 Posted April 2, 2005 this question has been bothering me, I always wondered if I said it wierd. I say it KOT-OR. How do you say it?
Derc Posted April 2, 2005 Posted April 2, 2005 Originally posted by ChAiNz.2da Ko (sounds like Coke) Tor (as in torn) Oddly enough, I only started saying it after a friend said it. "Hey, have you seen the screenshots for KoTOR 2?" Before that, I think I just said the whole thing. "Knights of the Old Republic."
Kariudo Posted April 3, 2005 Posted April 3, 2005 I`m no english, so i thinks thats rather useless, but i spell it like Ko-Tor!
jedi3112 Posted April 3, 2005 Posted April 3, 2005 I generally say Knights or Star Wars Knights, but write KOTOR or K
nas77 Posted April 3, 2005 Posted April 3, 2005 I pronounce it as 'cot-' (as in where babies sleep) '-or'. Though at first it was 'that game what with Lou Grant in outer space'. But that was too long... I wonder if Brits and Americans pronounce KOTOR differently?

All we need is for the Exile to throw a hat in the air!!!! I wonder how our cousins over the pond say it. Im an American, by the way. It's kind of hard to type and show an accent. I wonder if anyone has any radio or T.V. ads where thet actually say "KotOR".
Shok_Tinoktin Posted April 3, 2005 Posted April 3, 2005 I pronounce it Ko-tor, but that sounds funny to me, so I usually say Knights.
The Hidden One Posted April 5, 2005 Posted April 5, 2005 KO (like coat) TOR (as in terd ) enough with immature humor....
