You do have to train it for a while before it blocks a lot of the more specific stuff, and with this (read instructions.txt), it should get rid of all the more general ones. Seriously though, when you block something, don't just block the one ad, block all of them from the same domain like this: Normal, single ad blocker: http://www.domain.com/ads/0385.jpg Global ad blocker: /ads/ It gets rid of them much faster.
