I dreamt that Carth and Bastila were in the bedroom at night (nuff said) and that Juhani was on a leash on a porch and Jolee was rocking back and forth on a rocker playing a weird-looking banjo...I'm not kidding!!!

the really sick part is i haven't played either kotor game in about a week now...

Yeah... I havn't played KOTOR in... man... a long time. I can't remember I when I last REALLY played it. The most I have done with it is load it up after a driver update to make sure it was working. Another time I loaded a level for some reason... but whatever... :)

I have had dreams about video games before though... and they are cool dreams... normally when I am really hyped up about a game I want. Then I wake up and say "maaaaan... wish I really had the game..."

I don't recall having any KotOR dreams. Once I had a dream that I was Anakin (well maybe not Anakin but the equivalent of him), and some Obi-Wan type guy was with me. There was Padme and some other girl too. We went into this large building, and Palps was there in this huge room, but we didn't attack him as there was all these senators and others around. We left, but then Obi-Wan went back without me. There was some robot Sith that I had to fight, he had one Red Saber. I eventually killed him (it was kind of wierd, I didn't fight him with a lightsaber, it was almost like a needle or something), and then I went up the elevator and saw Obi-Wan and old Palpy. I turned on my lightsaber, but Sidious had red and purple lightsabers and sliced through me like 15 times so fast that I couldn't block. That was the end.

See a doctor. Maybe the Doctor.

I would recommend several years of psychological therapy under the most brilliant minds on Gallifrey - on Earth, you're doomed to insanity.

No, I do not dream about KotOR, I dream about comlex time/space calculations.

Thank you. I appreciate your compliment. :joy:

As a matter of fact, you belong in a house with your own nice, soft, padded room with a special sweater that lets you hug yourself all day.

Maybe, but seriously, weird people are better than normal people. Strange people are creepy. Weird people are different. Imagine a world full of normal people. I'd hate it.

@stinger, fortunately i only dream when i dry out...and i've been dry for two months. but dreaming while awake is fuuuuuun =D i'm epileptic so weird things go on in my brain anyway, tho.

the worst were the absolutely bizarre metroid dreams i used to have, years after the original NES game and years before super metroid. they gave me the same feeling i'd eventually get playing Doom in the dark really drunk in college...ugh

You're welcome Kain :D :D :D :D :D.

But seriously, there has to be some humor and oddball moments in life. If you think about, life is, kind of... hilarious/strange/wierd whatever you want to call it. Sometimes I wonder what an advanced alien race would think about us and Earth.

I think the scariest dream I ever had was one a long time ago, I was really young and all these doors kept opening around me, even though there was no one there. Another time a few years ago I dreamed that my dad was bringing home two TVs. And I am not kidding, it scared me to death, I got up and paced around the room (my mom was sleeping) in a cold sweat for about thirty minutes, before I started thinking clearly. Of course, I was sick as a dog, so that might have had something to do with it.

Its the wierd and odd people that keep us from screaming. If it was only normal people, there wouldn't be anything different. No fun in life.

Thank you for agreeing with me Rob. Not many people do.

What's epilepsy?

Posted

Epilepsy: a medical disorder involving episodes of abnormal electrical discharge in the brain and characterized by periodic sudden loss or impairment of consciousness, often accompanied by convulsions.

Do I get a point?

Posted

@rob, you definitely get a point. And a cookie if you want one. ONE.

fever dreams are fun, but usually terrifying. and the normal people need to always keep in mind that we outnumber them...even if they don't know it.

besides, most people are just in denial about being strange, and there's nothing worse than repressed weird people who pretend to be normal. that's a post office shooting waiting to happen.
