GENERAL91
Were did you find that out??? And his name is Appo??? Was someone eating an apple when they thought of that lol??? But ya, your right, youve gotta like a man who is in command of Vader's Fist.
SirLancelot
Here you go: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Clone_commander#Commander_Appo The photo that you see is not Appo, but Sergeant Fox, who ordered Baal Organa off the Jedi Temple landing platform. Commander Appo was not seen in the film.
Alkonium
I'd say Commander Cody. You see the relationship between the Jedi and the Clone Commanders the most through him.
TK-8252
Commander Appo was not seen in the film. Appo was in the movie, but there are conflicts on who was who. Either Appo or Fox was the one who "greeted Bail" and either Appo or Fox was the one who shot Zett Jukassa. The wiki article says Appo was the one who turned away Bail, but the script for RotS identifies the clone who does so as a sergeant (I'm assuming Sergeant Fox), and that Appo arrives later with the clones who are chasing down Zett. Does it matter? Not really. But he WAS in the movie.
CodyFanGirl
I'd say Commander Cody. You see the relationship between the Jedi and the Clone Commanders the most through him. Yeah, Cody was the best, it makes the scene where he shoots Obi even sadder

General Solo
Commander Cody was the best because first of all he appeared lots in the movie and was a good actor and a good fighter as well as the other commanders were very good fighters as well. But yes it was shocking how he turned so fast on Obi-Wan and shot at him.

He looks identical to the rest of the 501st, so you can't really look for him. We just know he's there... somewhere.
MachineCult
But yes it was shocking how he turned so fast on Obi-Wan and shot at him. I thought that aswell but then I noticed how he made quite little effort to kill Kenobi, just one AT-TE blast, they didn't even look for the body. Maybe Cody wanted him to escape... Maybe Cody wanted him to escape... They did try to look for kenobi by sending a probe droid to search for him. The clones also went looking for his body but couldn't find him. Cody said this to a clone trooper "did you find kenobi", clone trooper said, "no one could of survived that fall". When execute order 66 came and all of the jedi died, I was really shocked by it. Redtech
Heck, never trust armies FULL STOP. Especially ones you didn't enlist into. (As a Brit, it's historical how badly UK and US forces work together. UK gets more friendly fire casualities from the yanks then from the enemy most times....but oh well..) Yeah, Obi just got Brit0wned!

TKA-001
My favorite is probably Bly, but not by much; aside from the appearance of their armor, I don't think there's much of a difference between them. The reason Bly gets my vote is probably because of a comic in the Star Wars: Republic series (don't remember which one exactly) which tells a mission from his point of view and shows his thoughts and opinions on what's going on around him. MacTavish
My favorite is the ARC Alpha from the Clone Wars comics, if that counts.
