augrunt Posted January 20, 2006 Posted January 20, 2006 It wasn't possible, In the demo you can see the retreat cool-down timer, Yet you could not retreat once the cool-down was over. Not in Demo? or just not possible to retreat?.

Darth_Torpid-PG Posted January 20, 2006 Posted January 20, 2006 In the full game you are locked into battle for the first few minutes (that is, you can't enter then retreat quickly). There is also a cooldown if you begin a retreat and then cancel it before the timer runs out. There are also certain factors that may prevent retreat (such as only having TIE fighters left since they can't hyperspace, or having an active Interdictor on the map).

Tyler_Durden Posted January 20, 2006 Posted January 20, 2006 When I initally played, the Empire took out all my fighters. I wanted to retreat but I couldn't so I just had Han and Chewie take out the fleet which took forever. Will this feature be implemented in the final game?
