Star Wars: Warriors of the Force

As he came to see an embassy, he skidded horizontally to a halt, kicking up dirt and rocks towards the nearest tree. "An Embassy huh..." He said to himself, looking around before switching off his bike and swinging his legs around to sit, kicking down the stand. His stomach grumbled rather loud as he put a hand to it. "Sorry.. nothing to eat right now.." He said to himself, turning around and reaching into his sack to pull out a small canteen. He took a swig of it and put it back away, zipping up the sack and positioning it on the back again.

He leaned back and took in the full scenery. "Important meeting i'd guess... but this is where the footprints led me.. " He said, glancing down at the mud-caked tires. (He's poor, so no repulsor-lift)

He coughed loudly, shaking a little before folding his arms over his chest, shivering due to his rather... lithe structure and the thin jacket he was wearing. "Freezing.." He said to himself, looking up into the sky. "Better not rain.." He glanced over at the Embassy main doors and saw two silhouettes slowly walking outside, to his left.

He started to turn around, swinging his legs back around onto the speeder.

Tacit noticed the man on the motorspeeder, trying to make a quick esape. He reached out with his mind, and snapped the back tires off.

"Hey, buddy, need a hand?" he said roughly, picking him up by the collar and lifting him into the air. "Wouldn't want you to hurt yourself. YOu in a hurry to get somewhere, little man?" he asked threateningly.

He turned around to look at him, blinking a little bit. He struggled against the man's grasp but due to his lack of strength for not eating a full meal in days, he just went limp. "Yeah... unless this.. street rat hurts me first.." He said, sliding out of his grasp and into a heap on the ground. He stood up and looked to his cohort, raising an eyebrow mischeviously. "Who's this vixen?"

"Excuse me?" Tari said, her eyes narrowing with vehemance at Tacit, and she pushed him aside, moving to the man. "Please excuse him, sir. I really should keep my Geohounds in line better." she offered him a hand to help him up. "I am Tari Hrent, daughter of the Ambassador up at the embassy. Are you alright, Mr...?"

"He's fine, Gashon." Tari answered, giving her hand a downwards sweep to indicate that he should settle down. The soldier had been following them from a bit of a distance, she now realized, and had jumped at the appearence of the unknown man. "Though, if I were you, I'd pay more attention to him." she said, jamming a finger at Tacit, "He seems to be ready to kill every and anyone who comes across our path."

Tacit sighed. "I didn't wreck it. I disabled it. Just connect the power cables to the tires again and it will be fine. Five minute job."

He saw Tari jab a finger in his direction. "He seems to be ready to kill every and anyone who comes across our path."

"Look princess, I've been hired to protect you, and that's exactly what I intend to do. That means keeping your eggs unfertilised."

"You know what, Tacit?" Tari practically shouted, stepping closer to him. "I've had just about enough of you. You have no right to be ordering my father's soldiers and employees around, or to be attacking innocent people." with anger, she slapped his hand in an unexpected move, knocking his weapon to the ground. She then stuck a finger in his face, "You were ordered to protect me, which puts you under my control. And in case you really are as dense as you act, that means that you have to listen to my orders. And now, I'm ordering you to shut up, and stand down."

"And footprints aren't? These people have no idea what a tire track looks like.. i'll tag along." He said, hopping on his bike. "It's nothing.. Tari," he said, looking around then firing up the beast, pressing a button as the tires turned sideways and the bike started to hover. "Not repulsorlifts.. but air.. something I picked up."
