If you want a picture from your PC on here, you'll have to use an image hosting site. I use Photobucket, but it doesn't really matter. Then you use the URL of the image with image tags. There are over a 100,000 members on these forums, if each of them uploaded a 40 kb image, that's well over 4 Gb of space. ***Edit*** Just for reference, a 100x100 GIF image is roughly 60 kb.
