REDJOHNNYMIKE
Now that the waiting's over, what are your general opinions of the technology and software presented at E3? What do you see as the most significant game previewed, and why? What Impressed you most on each platform? With the PS3 price being set at $500-$600US (missed Wii's, but supposedly cheaper) what do you see as the most economical combination of consoles? All three, two, or just one? (I'm pretty sure I heard mention of a MS employee suggesting purchasing a 360 and Wii as an alternative to an expensive PS3) What other games are looking better? Did you see anything that surprised you? What did you find missing, and what would you like to have seen? Please post any links to reliable information sources:) Booth Babes: HOT!!! or Sexist and having nothing to do with the related products? Even though I love Halo, it's still a ways off and the trailer is just an appettite whetter, what really impressed me was the hands-on gameplay demo of Gears of War. From the small fights shown, it did seem to have some solid tactical elements, as well as a beautifully visceral quality. Halo 3 will definitely have to attach chainsaws to the assault rifles;)
Commander Obi-Wan
Well, E3 seemed pretty spectacular...to me, at least. Some new games, Indy and EaW:FoC looks sweet. The Wii, of course. Though, I was opening for a Vader game or a RPG or some sweet LOTR game. Well, the Booth babes....
REDJOHNNYMIKE
Did you see Mass Effect? The idea sounds pretty good, and most of what I've seen is pretty sweet, but I was a little skeptical about the part of the trailer where there's just a couple characters, a vehicle, and this rather boring desert plain. I wonder how the "real-time conversations" will work???

JediAthos
I for one was very impressed by the Gears of War demo, I was also impressed by the Splinter Cell: Double Agent demo, and the new EA football games for this year look great. If Halo 3's game play looks anything like the trailer I can't wait to see it! You didn't miss the Wii's price because Nintendo hasn't announced it yet though they did say it would be the cheapest of the three next-gen systems. I was very impressed by the system with the exception of the name. I like Revoultion better Still, it looked very nice, and any doubts I had about the controller were dispelled quickly. As far as economy goes, I most likely will not be buying another console as I already own a 360 and I love it. Combine that with my World of Warcraft addiction and I knock precious hours of my life everyday. However, were I to buy another console it would most likely be the Wii. Unless Sony shows me something that just blows me away I don't see the PS3 being worth the price.
REDJOHNNYMIKE
I missed everything Splinter Cell related. Did they show any features that isn't already common knowledge?
